This is a part of my weekly lean and guilt free meal prep. The turkey is so versatile, delicious and pairs well in all recipes.

I've bought this a few times before and it was fine, but this one the second pack went bad before the expiration date. I took it out and the plastic was so stretched full of air like it was about to burst.

I was edible in chili after I sautéed it but originally my husband and I were making meatballs. It turned into one big blob that was sticky and unable to shape into meatballs. This didn't happen before.

The meat was old and had a bad smell
