Creamy not watery

it was a week till it was expired however the texture The Taste wasn't quite what I was used to a little too expensive as well. I wouldn't have even bought it had Walmart not claimed they were out of cottage cheese on Great Value brand which we all know this b*******

Great value! Now that I’m trying different recipes that include cottage cheese, this is my go-to product. I use it to make flatbread and parfait instead of yogurt (which may contain too many carbs). As a substitute for yogurt I add a bit of vanilla and a non-sugar sweetener like monk fruit or allulose. It keeps me satisfied me for a long time.
