I received it a few hours ago and it looks great. The firmness is almost what I was looking for. However, I'd say it's a little bit softer than other “firm” mattresses.

37 months with it %26 it is completely warped. Very uncomfortable. I understand it's been 3 years but to pay $1,200 I was expecting a long lasting mattress.

After sleeping on a 12 old mattress that had no support and would sink with the slightest weight, this mattress is like floating in cloud of cotton candy. My achy bones are so happy!

Comfortable to my needs I sleep on my side and I normally don't move. I stay in the same position wake up, feeling relaxed, one of my hardest goodbyes, but my happiest hellos. I love my bed! 800 springs of joy

From the first night and every night since, this mattress has been so very comfortable for both my wife and I. We are both side sleepers and we wanted a mattress that was soft enough on our shoulders and not too soft as to get that sinking feeling. This mattress is just right. Love it!
