I received that call a day or two later and was given the option to confirm, reschedule, amd get updates via text. Very important for me since my schedule is crazy. They also call you 30 minutes before they arrive. The gentlemen that delivered were polite, professional and helpful. The mattress; first of all I have to say I was pleasantly surprised the mattress had no plastic-like odor to it once it was unwrapped so that was a pleasant surprise. The mattress was better than I expected. It's a true “plush”. I sink in but it's also sturdy, I can't imagine there will be any sagging for many years. My son and I were playing around with one of the dogs on the bed, and I noticed that when he was roughhousing with the dog, the side I was lounging on didn't really move at all. BONUS! I surely wasn't expecting that for a plush mattress. All in all, five stars. Completely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All it took was one night of sleeping on this mattress to know it was the only mattress I ever wanted to sleep on again! Being a hybrid mattress it really provides the best of both worlds with its foam & coil combo! I love how the foam provides that extreme comfort while the coils give me plenty of support. It also makes it so easy to change positions without completely sinking into the bed. My husband, myself & 3 dogs all sleep in the same bed so I didn't think it would be possible to find a mattress that wasn't going to transfer every bit of that movement either but I was wrong. This mattress really does an excellent job at stopping motion transfer so you're not disturbed every single time someone moves or rolls over. It's almost as if I'm sleeping on my own individual mattress! It's also fantastic to have a mattress that no matter where you're laying, you feel supported - even on the edge of the bed. The sides of this mattress don't feel like they're collapsing like most mattresses do. I honestly can't remember a time when I've slept this good! This mattress is INCREDIBLE! And coming packaged in a box is so convenient! I was a bit skeptical at first but when you unroll the mattress it expands exactly to the size & thickness you would expect. So no more delivery guys and having to rearrange the furniture just to get the mattress through your house and into the bedroom. I will never have a mattress delivered the old way again!

My husband has really bad back problems, and sometimes he would sleep on the couch because our older memory foam mattress would hurt his back. It's really hard to find a good mattress that is comfortable for him, but I feel like now we have finally found a mattress that works for both of us! For the first time in a long time, he wakes up with no back pain. It is SO comfortable. We love the Plush Euro Top, it just adds to the comfort. I have noticed that I am getting a better quality of sleep too. Both my husband and I wake up feeling so much more rested and that is priceless!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Heavenly Bed Beautyrest BR800 Medium is Huge! The pillow top mattress is smooth and somewhat bouncy. This is a good bed for couples. There is plenty of room to lounge, rest, and sleep, and other activities. It's a firm yet soft mattress, with good support and so far has not caused back problems. I sleep on my side and after a few toss and turns, I manage to get comfy and sleep well through the night.

The mattress springs to life out of the box. It slowly expanded and by the next time, we were laying in bed! The bed is medium firm and we love the gentle give but without that sagging feeling. Very happy!

I just received my twin BR800 Euro Plush mattress. Not as soft as the one in the showroom. Was told before I purchased it would be firmer feeling than the one in the showroom because it takes 30 to 60 days to soften up to its natural feel. Hoping it does. It is currently a little firm for me as a side sleeper, bur it is definitely better the what it replaced. Beautyrest has a good reputation so I am looking forward to a future of comfortable sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reviewed this mattress last year and really wanted to give it a few months to test it out properly. First of all it's very well made. It's very soft feeling and my husband said its the best mattress he's ever slept on. The medium firmness is a bit too hard for me but I'm getting used to it. It's holding up very well. No sink holes or piling at all. We rotate it once a month do I think that helps. It's a pillow top so flipping isn't an option which is fine, rotating seems to be enough. Once this one wears out, which at this rate will take years I'm sure, we will definitely be purchasing another beauty rest. All in all I whole heartedly give it a 10/10 and have already recommended to all my family and friends. Thank you do much for this amazing opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I've laid my head on this mattress I haven't had to count sheep like I did with my old one. I've been getting a nice full eight hours of sleep since I've gotten it. I have really bad back pain and with this Mattress it really alleviates the pain on like my old one that was too firm and caused me to have real restless nights. The mattress it's self is so nicely stitched and so soft it's hard not to fall asleep right away when you lay on it. The only thing I would say was missing was I wish it was a little wider because I like my beds high up from the grown. Overall it's such an awesome mattes! Great quality!
