I received that call a day or two later and was given the option to confirm, reschedule, amd get updates via text. Very important for me since my schedule is crazy. They also call you 30 minutes before they arrive. The gentlemen that delivered were polite, professional and helpful. The mattress; first of all I have to say I was pleasantly surprised the mattress had no plastic-like odor to it once it was unwrapped so that was a pleasant surprise. The mattress was better than I expected. It's a true “plush”. I sink in but it's also sturdy, I can't imagine there will be any sagging for many years. My son and I were playing around with one of the dogs on the bed, and I noticed that when he was roughhousing with the dog, the side I was lounging on didn't really move at all. BONUS! I surely wasn't expecting that for a plush mattress. All in all, five stars. Completely recommend.

It is firm, and the plush top gives it just the right touch of softness. Made very sturdy and material feels very durable. This is very comfortable without the stiff feeling. Keeps my body aligned all not so no tossing and turning. I don't feel stiff or sore when waking. Best of all I wake up feeling rested and ready for my day. Great restful sleep makes for a great day.

I just received my twin BR800 Euro Plush mattress. Not as soft as the one in the showroom. Was told before I purchased it would be firmer feeling than the one in the showroom because it takes 30 to 60 days to soften up to its natural feel. Hoping it does. It is currently a little firm for me as a side sleeper, bur it is definitely better the what it replaced. Beautyrest has a good reputation so I am looking forward to a future of comfortable sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is amazing I had one of them other box mattresses for the last few years and it was not even close to comparable to this, It hugs your body but not soft by any means its the in between soft and firm that is very rare to get. I enjoyed it so much I dint want to get out of bed this morning. open the box wait about an hour if that give it time to fully open up and boom comfort city. no funny spell like other boxed beds I cant say enough about this. comfort and no overheating either this bed is perfect. i highly recommend getting one .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mattress in exchange for my opinion and as hard as it is to say this, I am not at all satisfied with it and if I had purchased it, I would have promptly returned it. The sides have no support so unless you're right in the middle of the bed you roll right off. I received this mattress at the end of September and by mid November there is a permanent “dip” where my bottom rests and it's very uncomfortable. I will be replacing this just as soon as I am can, being disabled I unfortunately spend a lot of time in bed so I can definitely say that this is not a quality mattress. It might be okay if you have kids or for a spare bedroom you don't use often. I appreciate the opportunity to try it out and I wish it was more supportive.

My old mattress was over 15 years old, and I would usually wake up a few times a night to toss and turn. I didn't realize what a problem it was until I tried this mattress. Now I sleep straight through the night! The mattress feels like it supports my body well (I'm a side sleeper) and I don't wake up with any pain. The only issue I have with this mattress is that it is more firm than I was expecting. It is especially firm on the edges of the mattress, which is where my backside lays when I share the bed with my partner. However, this was an easy issue to solve. I purchased a nice fluffy mattress topper and now it feels just right! Overall, I love this new mattress and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality mattress that supports your body!

This was one of my first experiences with a king-size mattress, and I was pleasantly surprised. There's so much room! You can really stretch out; I was able to fit me, my husband, and my three cats with room to spare. Due to the more square dimensions, it was slightly harder to maneuver than a queen, but once you get the hang of it it's not bad. It was a bit strange at first to switch from a memory foam to an inner spring, but i have to admit that it's more bouncy and it disturbs my husband less when i get up in the middle of the night. It's also more firm than i'm used to, but after a couple months that seems to be a good thing.

It's a good medium firmess for both of us even though I tend to like mattresses a little softer than he does. He weighs about twice as much as I do and when he gets in and out of the bed I can barely feel it which is really nice. Also the edges are firm so if you sit on the edge it doesn't feel like you're going to slide off. We sent back the Casper Hybrid we purchased after months of miserably painful nights. This one cost half as much and it's much more comfortable. We had a Beautyrest before and we liked it so bought another one. We are very happy with our sound, comfortable nights and would recommend this mattress!

Very comfortable mattress and easy to get in and out of, I had no problem turning on my side and my husband never knew I even moved. Highly recommended for side sleepers or night movers.
