[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super happy with this steamer. It is my current favorite household gadget-and I hate ironing! This steamer makes de-wrinkling clothes easy-peasy. I have used it and tried it out on a variety of my household fabrics. I love that it cleans without chemicals-it just uses steam! There are many things I like about this product: it is multi-functional. It has different attachments you can use and they are all easy to remove and attach. The soft pad is for clothing and "ironing" clothes. It easily removes wrinkles (it works best for lightly wrinkled items but just needs longer on more wrinkles). The soft pad is soft and does not catch on any clothing. I like the cleaning and the fragrance attachments as well. I have used these on my couches, chairs, shower curtains, etc. It really diffuses the essential oil into the fabric and helps freshen everything up. My only complaints are that this appliance has a power cord and needs to be plugged in. I have to unplug and replug just to do two of my couches. The cord is decently long and has a nice velcro tie that comes with it so you can wrap and store it easier (bonus!) but I just found myself a bit frustrated with the cord issue. The product also only holds a small amount of water. I realize that both of the above features make the appliance lighter and easier to use and I do think those are good features as well. Overall, I am loving having this in my home. Easy to use, feel like it works as intended. I highly recommend the Rowenta PURE TEX 4 in 1 steamer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty snazzy 4 in 1 fabric steamer. It is easy to use and can be turned on and off with one power button. It is pretty self explanatory but it does come with easy to understand directions that are straight forward. It heats up fast and works great. I have a small child so the sanitizing feature comes in handy for stuffed animals etc. The dewrinkler is great for a quick dewrinkling session on a shirt, dress, or what have you. My favorite thing about this is the cleaning feature. I have a cat and a dog so the steamer has been great for cleaning the couch and removing pet hair. It is so nice to have all of these features in one small machine. In addition it has an attatchment that allows you to add a scent and diffuse it onto fabrics but I have not tried this feature at this time though I plan to in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rowents Pyre Tex 4-in1 comes in handy for so many things. I mostly yse it for steaming mine and my family's clothing. Which works amazing. But I've been using it to deep clean and disinfect my hiusehold. I've used it on my walls, floors, sofa and mattress. It gives me a little peace knowing that I'm doing what I can to keep a clean home, especially this time if year. You have to fill it up more than once depending on what you doing. With that being said it's suer simple to use. The over all product is made well.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it worked very well steaming a chiffon ballgown that had wrinkles when I received it. I am concerned that I can not find the instructions on how to descale this product. FAQ says its in the user guide, but it is not in mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great steamer for my delicate and heavy duty items. Easy for a dress you’re wearing for a wedding and to steam out a suit or tux. My only complaint is that it is a little too bulky to pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided maybe a steamer would be better than ironing. This is easy to use. It has different attachments for different jobs. I decided to try it on my daughter's shirts for her job. We hung them and used the steamer and watched the wrinkles fall out. Since I can't stand ironing this is great.

I really bought it so I could steam the three dog beds (and straighten out the wrinkles in clothes). The pic in the advertisement showed a big cloud of steam. Unless there is operator error (possible) nowhere near the photo.

A little bulky and doesn't produce as much steam as I hoped it would.

I purchased the Rowenta Steamer....after 2 months, it stopped working. Later, I purchased a 2nd one as I really needed it for a project in my home. I contacted Rowenta and they only guarantee the hand held steamers for a year. Maybe Sam's Club provides a better warranty. So, bottom line, I now have 2 steamers by Rowenta. They want me to ship it to a place for repair, pay all the fees and MAYBE it will work. Should you purchase this product, expect it to work but not after a year. I used each one 3 times and they've both stopped working.

The steamer did not work so I sent it back for an exchange for a new one.
