Customer reviews for LG 6.3 cu. ft. Induction Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection forExcellent range for the price
Pretty great especially for the price. Heats up fast. Especially with boost mode on the burners. The knobs are nice and easy to use, yet have locking things that make them hard to accidentally turn on; good combination and harder to design well than it looks. Range included a huge really nice air frying tray that I love use. Smart Functions are optional which is good because I will never connect this or any appliance to my wifi. Cook top has proven durable and easy to clean so far. The interface for the oven and other functions is pretty good. Lots of little things that could be improved: * The largest burner is 11". Weird size. Please try to just make it 12" since that is a common skillet size. * Easy clean seems fairly ineffective. * Air fry mode is ok, but convection bake seemed to get better results for air frying. * The touch interface goes to sleep and needs an extra tap at first which is slightly annoying. I like the range overall. Just needs a little more design polish and it would be perfect.

I think I made a good choice with this range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first-time induction range owner. I went from gas to induction and to be honest, I am loving it. I live in a very hot desert area where it gets up to 115 degrees in the summer. The old gas range which was also LG and worked very well took so long to boil water and heated up my 1500sqft home pretty good causing my AC to work overtime. This new induction range boils water fast and dramatically reduces the amount of heat doing it. All of my kitchen appliances are LG so I wanted the handle to match my refrigerator and thankfully LG still had the model with the curved handle that matched my 4-year-old refrigerator. I was debating on whether I should get the sleek all digital control model or the old-style knob model and I picked the knobs and I am very happy I did. This induction range heats up so fast and changes temperature so fast that digital controls would be a nightmare. The old school knobs are so easy to reduce and raise the temperature fast. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy it again.
Hi, Franko! We really appreciate you sharing your experience with your LG induction range, and it’s great to hear how smoothly the switch from gas to induction has been for you. The way you described the faster boil times, the cooler kitchen in extreme heat, and the instant temperature control really highlights what makes induction such a strong upgrade. It’s also great that the classic LG curved handle design still matches your existing refrigerator—details like that really bring a kitchen together. Your point about choosing the knob model is a smart one. With how quickly LG induction responds, having physical controls can make those rapid adjustments feel even more natural. We’re glad the setup fits your cooking style and your home environment so well! For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. Review of LG w/ invection cooktop. LOVE STOVE !
Had for over a year...LOVE THIS STOVE ! Several remarks: 1. Convection oven...is another way of saying "air fry", as the principle is basically the same. 2. The infection cooktop will get some getting used to...these "eyes" heat up REALLY QUICKLY and require monitoring OR you will burn contents. We always initiate cooktop cooking on a low setting, then adjust if necessary. 3. Must keep in mind than "convection baking" requires some time for the "air" to reach the set temperature. 4. We had to discard some of our cookware for cooktop use...as they didn't have "steel" bottoms (required for induction cooking).

Well engineered and quality construction
We’ve had the stove for about a month and like it very much. The oven is large and heats evenly. The induction range is a big improvement over our previous electric radiant cook top. The stove is well built and the controls are intuitive.

Many great feature.
Love the range. It's like cooking with gas (more instant heat - on & off). The easy clean function is amazing for fixing those small spills. Oven temp is a bit off on the low side but the tech gives me the ability to “permanently” adjust it.
Love it but the control panel is problematic.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the cook top and oven but have difficulty reading the control panel. Dark letters on a black background. I find myself having to bend over to read the panel. Is there an upgrade for this. A panel easier to read and perhaps tilted at 45 degree angle. Or one that fully lights up when touched.
Hi! We appreciate you sharing your experience with your LG Range, and it’s great to hear the cooktop and oven are delivering the performance you were hoping for. Your note about the control panel visibility is truly helpful—clear readability is an important part of everyday use, and feedback like yours guides future design improvements. While the LG unit doesn’t offer an upgraded panel or alternate tilt design, many customers find that adjusting the kitchen lighting or using the range’s brightness settings can make the display easier to read. Love this Induction cooktop. Oven is just OK.
I bought this range as part of a new build and Ibeen having I wonderful time learning about using the induction cooktop. The oven is not as exciting. It does a good job baking, but the Air Fry setting is a total disappointment. I gave away my Air Fryer beforewe moved as I knew there would be one on this range, but now I have regrets.
Range top cracked
Beautiful and we love the induction top, but the front right burner cracked within 6 months.

Induction great, convection not so great
Love the look, cleaning of the cooktop, induction, but hate the oven. Convection doesn't work at all: heat and fan but the items never get baked. So we'll use the regular oven. Nothing gets done in the time it's supposed to be done with many dishes taking twice as long. That's up from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. We just want to eat! When baking anything on a sheet it has to be rotated half way through because the back of the oven is hotter. Air frying is okay but not quick or great. I'm very, very disappointed in this appliance.
Hello, Karen. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG Range. It’s great to hear the induction cooktop and ease of cleaning have been a highlight, but we understand how critical consistent oven performance is—especially when convection baking and air frying don’t deliver as expected. Uneven heating and extended cook times can really disrupt your kitchen routine. False Advertising, Poor Product Design
The control panel does not illuminate despite what the photos and videos on the website show. Even the owner's manual states to touch a button to light up the control panel. It will not light up and LG has advised me that it does not. We keep a flashlight by the range just to see the buttons.
Hey there! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how important it is to have clear visibility for your range controls, and we're here to help. It's great that you've noticed a difference between the product photos and the owner's manual. For some of our models, the control panel is designed to be easily visible in a well-lit kitchen and does not feature backlighting. We'd love to confirm the specifications for your specific unit and ensure you have all the correct information. Please send us a direct message on social media to @LGUSSupport with your range's model and serial number. We're dedicated to providing you with the best possible support and finding a wonderful solution that works for you. ^ Diego
