The powerplugs really enhance your experience and you can really understand your body better. The only negative thing I have about this ring is that I purchased the cardio adaptability but I have not seen it provide any actually insights. There is no section for cardio adaptability and no way to really see how it helps you experience. I don’t know if I have to activate my subscription but there has also been no button to do that. Overall great health tracking and sleep tracking.
