Accurate and insightful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ring :) I was initially hesitant to buy it since I assumed it would not be as accurate as a watch for Sleep and Activity tracking. Ultrahuman Ring AIR proved me wrong, and I'm glad it did :) The insights from their app are very useful (even though I may not like some of them, like telling me not to drink coffee now :D ). I understand my sleep patterns a lot better because of them.

Great ring even after months of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the ring for a couple months, I've enjoyed seeing the information presented for my health. The data is presented in a clear manner and gives some assistance on improvement when necessary. My only negative is the battery. Initially, the battery was lasting a out 5 days between charges. Recently, it has been an every other day requirement. This isn't a major problem and become just another routine activity to plan in my day/evening.

Love All the Data!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I love the Ring AIR. I received it as a Christmas gift from my husband and all the data output has been amazing; I love the tracking, all the types of data & insights, and the fact it replaces a handful of gadgets into a simplified app! Added bonus is the new additions coming all the time with fertility & cycle tracking, and how the insights play into my pregnancy with resting heart rate & sleep data. The only reason for a drop in the stars is because the battery life/capacity has greatly diminished in the months since I started using it (I received the ring in December, and have used it daily for the last seven months). While at first it lasted a few days at a time, now even in a lower "Chill" mode, I have to charge it multiple times per day to be sure I have enough battery power to track my sleep data overnight.

Love the data

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring at Christmas and it is now July. I love how it tracks everything and provides detailed information! Stays charged for a few days at a time. I recommend charging when you take a shower/get ready for the day! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is scratched up and the gold coating is wearing off even though I use a silicone cover while working out.

Ultrahuman Ring Air User Review Summary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the ring around 6 months Pros: - Lightweight & Comfortable:Only 2.4 grams with a titanium build, ideal for 24/7 wear and sleep tracking. - Accurate Health Data:Detailed sleep stage analysis, HRV, and body temperature monitoring with practical recovery insights (e.g., optimal caffeine intake timing). - No Subscription Fee:More cost-effective than Oura Ring, which requires a monthly subscription. Cons: - Limited Fitness Features:Not ideal for weight training, lacks GPS, and relies on phone syncing. - Complex App:Data-rich but has a steep learning curve, with occasional sync delays. Best For: - Users focused on sleep and stress management. - Those who prefer lightweight, subscription-free health tracking. I think it is excellent for health monitoring but niche in functionality—best suited for specific needs.

Beautiful jewelry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring was gifted to me for mother's day. It was a surprise, and i wasn't sure it was going to be for me, but I love it! I love how simple the tracking is - no bulky watch to wear - only some beautiful jewelry.

Good thingo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the sleep tracking. Some of the other data is frivolous for the most of us, but could be insightful for the man with a PHD. Auto workout tracker kind of sucks, so just remember to start the workout manually.

It is good but there is room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good but I think it would benefit on having AI that one could ask concrete questions about your performance and it can provide you advice based on what it has measured you. Also battery is not the best one

A ring with the potential to be the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, having no subscription for your device is something that made me end up with Ultrahuman. I’ve purchased the ring 3 months ago, but already had a replacement due to a faulty battery. The tracking capabilites regarding excersises and doing basic stuff like walking seems to be all over the place, while the sleep tracking and all the insights (caffein window for example) that the app gives based off of those metrics are exactly what i was looking for. The design and the sleep tracking was the inital reason i bought the device and in those areas it meets my expectations. Overall, a nice tracking device thats stylish as well (and have no distracting haptic feedback or screens!) but fitness tracking still has room for improvement.
