I have been using Ultrahuman ring for a year now and it has been amazing. I have recommended it to all my friends. The whole product is so cool especially their fertility tracker and its so easy to wear a ring then bulky watches. They keep adding new features so it never gets boring. I love it!

I appreciate the caffeine windows, the recovery score, sleep window and the list goes on. I do notice the battery drains pretty quickly but I do charge it everyday when I shower/do my night routine so it def helps keep it alive. I’m also excited that they added a new parent feature.

The sleep tracking is detailed and accurate, the step count is reliable, and the heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) metrics are consistently well-presented. The app interface is smooth and insightful, making it easy to monitor and improve daily wellness habits. The only area where I see room for improvement is automatic activity detection. While common movements like walking are well tracked, activities such as swimming, intense yoga, and jogging often go undetected, and I have to manually log them. It would be great to see the ring better recognize a wider range of workouts on its own. That said, this is a minor issue compared to the overall value the platform offers. Looking forward to future updates that make an already excellent product even better!

The only thing I’ve noticed is my battery doesn’t hold as well as it did when I first got it and it’s only been a few months. I don’t mind because I charge my Apple Watch every night so I am in the habit of plugging in all devices and it charges quick. But I have noticed a big change in it last 5 days to only lasting 2 now, and it’s always in “chill mode”

I loved my apple watch but I always had issues wearing a watch, it was just to uncomfortable but then I found the Ring Air I thought let's give this a try and I am literally amazed by it everyday. The app lays down all the information in a easy to read way and it nudges just at the right times. I've been following its recommendations and it has significantly improved my sleep. Overall a really nice package and easily the best wearable ring out there!
