[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Ultrahuman Air after considerable research. I don’t like wearing a watch/wristband and I wanted something to track my health. The good: it is lightweight and the battery lasts forever. The tracking that it does is consistent and the data seems good (although it’s hard to verify). I have used the data to pinpoint problems with my sleep that I can address. The bad: it really only tracks movement, heart rate, and sleep phase. Everything else is derived from these. I would love to expect to have more data. O2 saturation, EKG, galvanic skin response, etc. The amount of data and insights are disappointing.

A great onboarding experience, a sleek ring and a beautiful app with some great sleep and health insights that have positively impacted my lifestyle. Movement insights are decent though still need to be manually tracked. The battery life was good for the first six months but has dropped as of late and now requires more than one full charge per day - which is inevitable but a little earlier than I had expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got the ring in april & i mainly got it to try to conceive but all the other features are AMAZING!! i love the sleep tracking & it’s on the money with tracking my cycle. the only thing that i feel isn’t the most accurate is the step counting, i always feel like i do way more but i will look half through my day at work (as a medical assistant) there’s barely 1,500 steps by my lunch so if you’re looking for that aspect i think a fitbit or apple watch may be better. the sleekness of it being a ring was the other reason to get it. i’ve also started to notice some inconsistencies with the battery life & sometimes it will drain very quickly other times it will take like a week and a half or it takes forever to charge. i cant judge it too hard though because the health rings are new technology so i am so sure it will only get better!

Feature improvements: - heart rate button (real time sometimes I want to check) - Same day activity detection instead of the next day - Better small walk detection - the app tells me to move but then labels my stress as high - Deep sleep and main hr drops seems to be a bit spotty which makes for a pretty extreme move in my restfulness scores That aside I really enjoy the product and it’s worked well for me!

What I like most about Ultrahuman is that you’re constantly evolving and iterating. You’ve introduced some very cool features so far. I was also pleasantly surprised by your support — I received an automated email notification that my charger was overheating, and you proactively sent me a new one. I’ve never experienced such proactive service from any other product. Kudos to you all! If I had to pinpoint one area for improvement, it would be the accuracy of your algorithm. I saw a review on YouTube by a scientific reviewer, and I was a bit disappointed with the results. But I’m hopeful that future updates will improve it. Keep going!

I have been exclusively wearing the ring without an Apple Watch for the past week too. Much more comfortable to sleep with, no notification distractions and better overall health tracking. Battery life better than a smart watch too so less hassle. If you want a fitness tracker without a screen it’s top tier in my opinion!
