[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring in November and overall it’s fine, but I don’t think it’s super accurate. If I charge it overnight, it will still say that I slept and gave me a sleep score but I wasn’t wearing it. This has happened multiple times. It’s nice to wear and not bulky on uncomfy. Also I think the goals/metrics are mostly for walking, I don’t think it tracks other activity well. Also my charge will only last a day if I try and log any activity.

Great features, terrible battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring 4 months ago and I have mixed feelings. I love how light and sleek it is. I get compliments on the look of it all the time. I prefer it over wearing a watch. I love the sleep insights and all the data it collects. However, my one con is that the battery life is terrible. It took a while for the ring to calibrate to a place where the battery lasted a few days on a full charge but now after 4 months post-purchase I had to get a replacement because the battery dies within hours after a full charge. For the price, I would hope the item would last way longer.

A Strong Start with Room for Accuracy Improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring Air is an impressive concept with solid potential, but its accuracy varies depending on what you’re tracking. Here’s my experience: What It Gets Right: • Resting Heart Rate: Very close to my Apple Watch readings, which is reassuring. • Sleep Temperature: Reliable for tracking temperature shifts during the night. Where It Struggles: • Sleep Tracking: Sleep duration and stages feel inconsistent. I can wake multiple times in a night, yet the ring reports a full 7 hours. It’s better for spotting overall trends rather than precise sleep scoring. Other Highlights: • No Mandatory Subscription: A big plus compared to many competitors. There’s a fee for deeper insights, but core data is accessible without ongoing costs. • App Insights: The guidance on recovery and health trends is practical and helpful. • Comfort: Lightweight and comfortable; I hardly notice I’m wearing it. Bottom Line: This ring is a great tool for trend tracking and recovery insights, especially if you want a screen-free experience without a subscription. Just know it’s not perfect yet for detailed sleep or workout tracking. The good news? The company is actively improving the product, so accuracy may get better over time.

worth a try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this nearly 2 months ago, i love how its always updating with new plugs. the battery does not last at all especially if you workout everyday. the ring doesnt always connect to the app, sometimes theres too much info and its quite scary when it shows you your brain age etc

A brilliant self care tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the ring such a helpful tool to keep track of my sleep and encourage me to look after myself. It helps me focus on my sleep and my self care generally. Gently reminding me when to move more or lay off the caffeine. The main thing it has helped me with is getting sunlight first thing in the morning to help regulate my circadian rhythm. I feel more in control of my habits as I can check in with the app anytime to see what my body is dealing with.

Love it except the gold color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features and that everything I’ve wanted has been free with no additional subscription needed. If I followed the sleep tips better I know I would feel better but sometimes I ignore it. I only gave it a 4 because of the gold ring. I expect some scratches and stuff but I’ve only had this since January (24) and it is so scratched and beat up it looks super cheap now. I wish I had gotten the matte grey.

Made Me Rethink My Habits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wrote this as my review: Love the app for the ring. I've gained good insights into what affects my sleep for better or worse. The insights from the ring are much, much more in depth than I initially thought before I bought the ring. I had learned that while my sleep was good, my "morning alertness" was a big cause of why I felt so tired, so I've made major changes to stop checking my phone first thing in the morning and get moving instead. I knocked off one star mostly for battery life -- wish it were better. Other than that, I've stopped wearing my fitness watch in favour of the ring for its small form factor and detailed tracking.

A bunch of great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for several weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s become an essential part of my health and fitness routine. What sets it apart for me is how seamlessly it tracks sleep, recovery, and overall readiness without being bulky or intrusive. I wear it 24/7, and often forget it’s even there. Sleep tracking has been especially impressive. The insights into my deep sleep, REM cycles, and HRV have helped me make meaningful changes to my bedtime routine. I’ve noticed that on nights where I prioritize wind-down, my ring reflects the quality improvement—and I feel it too. The daily recovery score is one of my favorite features. It helps me decide whether to push hard in the gym or take a lighter day. It’s like having a coach who reminds me to listen to my body without the guesswork. I’ve noticed better energy levels and fewer slumps since I started using the ring to guide my training intensity.

Great ring tracker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have for a month now. It is very good in tracking sleep and recovery. Tracks sleep cycles, HRV, and social lag which is new. It also adds power plugs which are add one to track screen time caffeine window and also works with Tesla.
