I appreciate the caffeine windows, the recovery score, sleep window and the list goes on. I do notice the battery drains pretty quickly but I do charge it everyday when I shower/do my night routine so it def helps keep it alive. I’m also excited that they added a new parent feature.

The sleep, caffeine, and recovery insights are very useful in improving my quality of life each day. Also, the build quality and look is great!

So far I am enjoying my ring, I find the sleep data the most inciteful but also really enjoy the caffeine suggestions. The battery life is not as good as I expected, some days it is worse than others. There is an option to preserve battery with a certain setting but it does limit some of the data collected so I haven't played around with that yet. I am interested to see how well it tracks my cycle as I plan to come off of Birth Control in the coming months.

However, in recent weeks, the battery life has absolutely diminished and I struggle to get through a single day without charging once or twice.

This ring is so light and comfortable and let's me sleep without any discomfort. The sleep data is explained so well on the app, it has become a daily habit to check in on my daily score and work towards a steady and good sleep health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this ring because I didn’t want to pay Oura subscription. I have a quite mixed feelings. On one hand I haven’t experienced any problems with battery, pairing or any quality issues. On the other hand the data received from the UltraHuman is way different than from my Apple Watch or Whoop. Also, Czech translation is utter garbage. It seems it was made through Google Translate so it sometimes completely misses the point or even means something different. But they can still fix everything and they are trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Ring Air size 10 for more than a month now and the ring provides a substantial insight into the health parameters of the day. The app is concise and informative with all the necessary information right front and centre leading to an enjoyable experience while using the app. I particularly love the caffeine window and the sleep score information, both of which have greatly influenced by actions throughout the day to get the best possible sleep and rest required. The only thing that maybe improved in the long run is the battery life. Currently, on a full charge, the ring lasts for about 4 days.

I have had the ring for about 5 months now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent! It has become a crucial part of my health and wellness journey, and I am amazed by the helpful insights and recommendations it provides to improve my lifestyle and routine. Not to forget, the aesthetic appeal is an absolute bonus!
