Good for sleep tracking, not activity yet (plz)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rate the sleep tracking but the other functions aren't great. Tracking 'activity' and 'workouts' is limited; setting up a workout only tracks heart rate & gobbles up battery, whilst logging backdated activity isn't giving me any data at all anymore, I don't know if there is something wrong with my ring? It often struggles to sync and the battery doesn't last more than 2 days. I would love the dev team to take this on board and make improvements. Also, the gold has colour dulled and scratched within a few months despite claiming to be waterproof etc.

Works fine with minor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased my ring ca. 3 months ago and using it ever since. What I like: - sleep tracking - caffeine window - workout tracking - workout tracking - new parent function :) - the UI has a nice appeal - no subscription What I would change: - bad connectivity with ring-phone - long updating times between ring and phone (updated app, reseted phone, meanwhile changed to new phone) - every time ring update is available I have to reset the whole ring since it remains stuck updating The overall appeal of the ring is positive with some throwbacks, mostly SW related. If new ring will be available on the market, I highly consider upgrading :)

The best battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a wellness wearable that actually keeps up with your life, the Ultrahuman Ring AIR 2 is it. I’ve been using it daily and honestly — I’m super impressed. My absolute favorite part? The battery life is next level. Like, for real… it lasts for dayzzzz. I’m not constantly charging it, which makes it so easy to just wear and forget — until it reminds me that my sleep score needs work 😅. It’s light, comfortable, and tracks everything from sleep and recovery to movement and HRV without feeling bulky or distracting. The insights are clear and actually useful — not just data for data’s sake. If you’re into optimizing your health but don’t want a device that screams “fitness tracker,” this ring is a low-key powerhouse. Highly recommend. 👏

Actionable information!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring has been an amazing tool. It's helping me understand how to optimize my sleep with precise measurements and recommendations. The information provided is actionable, which is something not found with wearables I've tried in the past. It's helping me build better eating and sleeping habits and I strive to get 90s when I can. The ultra human age is something I've been working to improve and also a feature I haven't seen on my wife's Oura ring. It's been great to see my brain age get younger with better sleep habits. The additional features such as breath work have been fun to use when I do my red light/IR therapy sessions. It's become my constant companion and I have only ever taken it off for charging (the battery life is outstanding). The alarm clock that syncs with my sleep cycles is also a neat feature. Overall, very happy with my purchase. At first thought I was making a mistake of owning both an Apple Watch and the ring, but they each have their uses!

Amazing insights, but poor battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Ring AIR less than a year ago in December 2024 and I’ve been extremely satisfied and impressed with the insights available, especially sleep. However, in recent weeks, the battery life has absolutely diminished and I struggle to get through a single day without charging once or twice.

Good lifestyle features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a while now and have truly enjoyed the product. The overall experience has made me feel that health should be approached through the Ultrahuman Ring and their app. I like the caffeine window.

Buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've worn my ring religiously for two months, and I've been incredibly impressed in both the metrics, the customer service, and the app. The app is constantly evolving, which I love. At first, I found reading the data confusing, but as the app evolves, it is taking on a more "normal human" way of explaining things. I wouldn't mind the ability to choose between "normal human" and "intelligent data" with YouTube videos explaining--for example--what an HRV is and how it applies to your health and wellness. But I digress. Looks -- I wear gold exclusively. Dainty 14K gold jewelry at that. Not one person has clocked that this is a "smart ring." Comfort -- I wear mine on my right hand, index finger. It is more comfortable (and better protected) on my middle finger, but sometimes my sleep isn't tracked. The size must be just barely different from one finger to the next. (I also loved it on my ring finger, but my husband and BFF both preferred the index.) Durability -- For two months of nonstop wear, the ring has a few scratches. Mostly from holding a fork. (This is probably why they recommend wearing the ring on your NON-dominant hand. Why don't I listen?) Steps -- I wanted a kick to add more movement to my life. I enjoy that this tracks steps without my having to wear a bulky "fitness watch." However, if you are a desk-job girlie with a standing desk and a walking pad, this won't track anything. Something to keep in mind. I get around this by wearing a very old Apple Watch on my ankle. (A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.) Cycle -- I skip multiple periods with medication. I have 3-4 a year. My ring seems to be keeping up with my cycles, regardless which is very interesting! Though it did have a bit of a tantrum when it was expecting my period and it didn't come for another week. Again, I've only had the ring for two months. I don't blame it for being confused. I'M confused. Hopefully, together, we can figure it out. I've learned so much about the different phases of a woman's cycle, though! The fact that it can warn me about upcoming mood swings or a possible decrease in immunity is AMAZING! I'm learning so much! Caffeine -- The caffeine window is so fun and improving every day! Now I can track WHAT I drink (which automatically calculates how much caffeine in mg) and WHEN I drink it. Love, love, love. Tags -- OMG THE TAGS. If you've had sex, protected or unprotected, if you have alcohol, what kind, if you're sleeping somewhere new, and so on and so on. I'd love more emotional options, but they still have options! And you can always create your own. However, I try not to create my own because there isn't a way to categorize the type of tag (for example: Emotional/Intimacy/Environment). Basically, you get OUT of the ring what you put INTO it. I'm having a great time.

It is good but there is room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good but I think it would benefit on having AI that one could ask concrete questions about your performance and it can provide you advice based on what it has measured you. Also battery is not the best one

Great ring for sleep and daily use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the ring for about two months now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The ring hasn’t discolored at all and still looks like new. It’s very comfortable to wear, even while sleeping or during workouts. I use it regularly for strength training, and it never gets in the way or feels uncomfortable. It’s especially great for sleep tracking — very accurate and insightful. One downside is that you can’t see things like calorie burn in real time; you only get the data afterward. Also, the battery life is a bit shorter than advertised. I usually get about 4 to 5 days per charge. Still, compared to a smartwatch, this is already a big improvement for me. All in all, I’m really satisfied with this ring and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to track sleep and activity in a more subtle way.

Phenomenal all round

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the ring for about a month now - and I love its form factor. It’s so comfortable to have on and UH also has a superior way of insight delivery on their app. The metrics are super traceable and intuitive to understand - I also love the tags feature which is unlike WHOOP’s journal feature that u I find quite annoying. It also looks amazing and RT goes with all my outfits
