If I followed the sleep tips better I know I would feel better but sometimes I ignore it. I only gave it a 4 because of the gold ring. I expect some scratches and stuff but I’ve only had this since January (24) and it is so scratched and beat up it looks super cheap now. I wish I had gotten the matte grey.

Crossing fingers battery life and data upload issues get better. Again, when it’s working, it is fabulous.

As a runner, I find all of the cardio age and vo2 max statistics really helpful and it’s been great to see them changing the longer I use the ring. The battery is good, I charge it whilst I’m at my desk every few days or so and it’s relatively fast to charge to full battery. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the period tracking. I was under the impression that as it measures your body temperature it would predict cycle outcomes based on this, not just 28 days. As someone with an irregular period, if it is late, the app just says that my period is in an unknown phase. It seems to basically be their own version of an app such as flo. I don’t find it to be any more accurate, despite the body temperature measuring.

The battery life barely lasts four days—even with Chill Mode enabled—which means I’m not benefiting from the full feature set. The ring itself scratched easily, despite careful, everyday use. I never lifted weights or subjected it to any harsh conditions. When diving deeper into the data, the insights and recommendations feel overly generic, making me question the accuracy and value of the data being collected. As someone training for an Ironman triathlon, I rely on precise, data-driven feedback. I purchased this ring with the expectation that it would account for my intense workouts. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. For example, after a high-intensity training session, there’s little to no reflection of that effort in the following day’s metrics. This lack of context makes the overall tracking feel basic and out of sync with real-world performance.

I love that they're constantly coming up with new features, updates and keeping us learning without any additional monthly fees. I really do enjoy it. My only "complain" is the actual hardware. I wear the gold one and I feel as if the edges have already lost the gold and the ring itself looks like it's been on me for 7 years instead of 7 months.

Though I must also mention that my purchasing experience was harrowing as I was sold a defected ring and it took a whole day at a store to get a new ring. Also, the ring sometimes captures my sleep hours incorrectly despite software and firmware updates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Ultrahuman Ring Air last year 2024 end of January and I have been very pleased with my ring. I was initially torn on whether to get this ring or Oura, but didn't like the subscription for Oura so it was no brainer to get this ring. The ring constantly goes through updates which is great. I got this ring mainly to keep track of my sleep, but now I'm pretty obsessed with the data that I get for my daily reports of movements, workouts and recovery, etc. and I find myself trying to improve it before the end of the day. I did have problems with charging as it would overheat after a few mins. They have noticed this and contacted me and have sent me a new charger free of charge which is amazing. This ring is definitely worth it if you're trying to keep track of your health compared to the other rings and worth the investment for me.
