[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing my Ultrahuman ring for about two months now, and it’s ok. I don’t get very accurate heart rate data when working out. I tend to wear my Apple Watch for workouts, spin class and walks or runs which defeated the purpose of my purchase. It is comfortable and I like the look of it.

I find it gives very accurate readings and is really good at giving me suggestions and graphing my data. The only reason I gave it four instead of five is that the ring scratches super easily. I have the gold and a lot of it is basically silver at this point. I don’t wear rings around it at all so it’s not rubbing on anything. The battery is okay, I charge it probably every 3 to 4 days. I was hopeful it was going to last longer. Also, often when I go into the app, it takes quite a while to load my data and I have to refresh it quite a few times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift in May and it has changed the way I view how much sleep I’m getting each night, it tells me when it’s detecting I’m getting sick. It’s really opened up a lot for me to see how my body is working throughout the day and night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring 13 Month ago, and sadly the first versions I received had some problems. On the first one after 2 Month all sensors stopped working but Ring was still charged. On the second and the third ring the epoxy got weak after 4 Month and pieces of epoxy fell out where upon the ring either stopped working fully or took a day to charge and half an hour to discharge. The forth ring I received now 3 Month ago and sofar so good, Epoxy still normal, sensors work fine and battery all ok. All broken rings replaced under warranty without discussion. As for its functions, it is just great, I use it the most to track my sleep and heartrate, but also tracking sports is easy. What I like the most is that you do not notice wearing it, due to its weight, same or lighter then other "normal" rings.

I track my sleep cycles every day, I follow the caffeine window, I use it a lot when exercising. All the results are very clearly interpreted, I use several powerplugs. I would definitely buy it again.

Absolutely loving my Ultrahuman Ring Air! It’s so light I often forget I’m even wearing it—even overnight. The design is sleek and minimal, and mine in black still looks brand new after weeks of use. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and much more comfortable than strapping on a smartwatch every night.

Even when keeping up with the updates to the app and the firmware, I feel like battery life has decreased. Other than that, I think it’s a great tool if you’re into wellness and learning more about your body!

As a mom, I also love the “new parent” plug in that accounts for rest + mindfulness moments. As far as design goes, I love the look and after a few days of wearing, barely even notice I’m wearing the ring. Overall, would recommend!
