best in the health tracking space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring two months ago and have been using is consistently - it had not disappointed! Really cool features and easy to use app interface, definitely the best health tracking ring you can find out there. Some measures do not feel completely accurate (sleep is sometimes a bit off, as well as movement is undercounted) but overall, compared to what most other fitness trackers offer, this is really good. I have tried various fitness trackers over the years, mostly watches, and the ring is much more convenient, highly recommend.
Love All the Data!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I love the Ring AIR. I received it as a Christmas gift from my husband and all the data output has been amazing; I love the tracking, all the types of data & insights, and the fact it replaces a handful of gadgets into a simplified app! Added bonus is the new additions coming all the time with fertility & cycle tracking, and how the insights play into my pregnancy with resting heart rate & sleep data. The only reason for a drop in the stars is because the battery life/capacity has greatly diminished in the months since I started using it (I received the ring in December, and have used it daily for the last seven months). While at first it lasted a few days at a time, now even in a lower "Chill" mode, I have to charge it multiple times per day to be sure I have enough battery power to track my sleep data overnight.
The best smartwatch alternative
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] O bought the Ultrahuman ring 2 months ago and have been using it on it's power setting ever since. After an initial calibration period, it provides valuable insight into your body's vitals and supports you to make changes. For me, it's the best alternative to a smart watch which I wouldn't wear 24/7 and which would therefore defeat it's use. I would love for the ring not to remind me on an ongoing basis to leave power mode and go into "chill" mode. I prefer having all features turned on and don't mind charging it every few days. The ring is extremely lightweight. A next improvement could be reducing it's thickness (it is already very thin!).
Cutting-Edge Tech in a Sleek Package – Ultrahuman
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m thoroughly impressed with the Ultrahuman Ring AIR. The build quality feels premium — lightweight, comfortable to wear, and beautifully designed. What stands out the most is the accuracy of its health tracking. From heart rate and HRV to sleep and daily activity metrics, the ring provides consistently reliable data that helps me better understand my body and lifestyle. The app integration is also seamless, offering clear insights and helpful suggestions without being overwhelming. Battery life is great, and charging is quick and hassle-free. One word: Impressive. This ring has become an essential part of my wellness journey.
Poor Battery Life
I bought my ring secondhand but brand new. The person I bought it from told me that they sent their original ring back because the battery life significantly dropped after just over a month of use. Ultrahuman sent her a brand new ring which I then bought from her - and I've had the same experience. The battery used to last several days and now it maybe lasts a day and a half. I've only had it for a few months. Battery life aside, I do enjoy exploring the information provided, particularly my sleep scores, cycle, and movement throughout the day.
Great data but shame about the battery life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Ultrahuman Ring Air for over a year, prob closer to two years and it's been great!!! I mean really great!!! Things I love..... The data is super helpful and really easy to interpret and make use of, thanks to how its displayed in the app. Personally I really like the sleep, recovery and movement index scores. Until recently it had a really reasonable battery life and lasted well with short charges when taking a shower so I could wear the ring while I sleep. However recently...... the battery hasn't been fully charging despite being left on the charger for hours it only reaches a max of 80% charge, so I'm constantly getting low battery warnings which is really disappointing. Also I wish I had got this ring in a bigger size for my index finger and in gold (however when I bought it these rings were really hard to get in the uk and the retailer didn't have the gold only the dark grey colour and only in this size so I settled & I wish I hadn't) I like the ring so much that I have been contemplating getting another however the recent charging issues have me reluctant to invest when I want a product that will continue to perform well for the long term. I hope the issues I've experienced are a one off and not reflective of all products in this range as other than this I cannot recommend the Ultrahuman Ring Air enough for those who are serious about improving their health based on real time data and easily interpretable metrix.
Small Ring, Big Insights
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for a while now, and it's become a really useful part of my daily routine. One of the standout features for me is how it tracks and helps me understand my sleep. I get detailed insights each morning—not just how long I slept, but how restful it was, my recovery levels, and what might be affecting it. Another feature I really like is the caffeine window. Based on my sleep data, it recommends the best times to avoid caffeine, which has actually helped me feel more rested and alert during the day. The ring also sends nudges throughout the day, reminding me to move when I've been sitting too long or encouraging me to hit my movement goals. It’s subtle, but effective in keeping me more active. Overall, the Ultrahuman Ring Air is lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and packs a lot of smart features that support better health habits without being overwhelming.
Fabulous benefits of the Ultrahuman ring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring has significantly impacted my understanding and management of my health, particularly by highlighting the critical role of sleep, sun exposure, and early morning routines. Initially, I underestimated the profound effect of consistent, quality sleep on my overall well-being. The Ultrahuman Ring, through its detailed sleep tracking, has provided invaluable insights into my sleep cycles, including REM, deep, and light sleep phases, as well as my sleep efficiency and latency. By presenting this data in an accessible format, I've been able to identify patterns and external factors that either enhance or disrupt my sleep. For instance, I've learned that late-night meals or screen time severely impact my deep sleep, leading to reduced energy and focus the following day. This awareness has motivated me to prioritize a consistent sleep schedule, create a more conducive sleep environment, and adopt relaxing pre-sleep rituals. The result has been a noticeable improvement in my energy levels, mood stability, and cognitive function throughout the day. Beyond sleep, the Ultrahuman Ring has also shed light on the importance of sun exposure and early morning habits. Its ability to track activity and, indirectly, my exposure to natural light, has made me more conscious of getting outdoors early in the day. I've observed a direct correlation between early morning sun exposure and improved sleep quality at night, likely due to its role in regulating my circadian rhythm. The ring's data has subtly nudged me towards incorporating morning walks or simply spending time outside shortly after waking. This seemingly small change has had a ripple effect, leading to increased morning alertness, better mood regulation, and a more robust daily routine. In essence, the Ultrahuman Ring has transformed from a simple wearable device into a powerful tool for self-discovery and health optimization. It has empowered me with actionable data, fostering a deeper understanding of my body's needs and the intricate connections between sleep, light, and daily habits. This newfound awareness has not only motivated me to make healthier choices but has also provided the objective feedback necessary to track my progress and continuously refine my approach to well-being.
Great for sleep!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring in June and I’ve been primarily using it to track my sleep! I find it gives very accurate readings and is really good at giving me suggestions and graphing my data. The only reason I gave it four instead of five is that the ring scratches super easily. I have the gold and a lot of it is basically silver at this point. I don’t wear rings around it at all so it’s not rubbing on anything. The battery is okay, I charge it probably every 3 to 4 days. I was hopeful it was going to last longer. Also, often when I go into the app, it takes quite a while to load my data and I have to refresh it quite a few times.
