[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a gift, purchased the extended warranty and cannot use warranty because I do not have a receipt or purchase info. Very disappointing because I was loving my ring, but now must abandon my ring (note: support will not authorize replacement without purchase info) plus dispute the money I paid for extended warranty. Spent hours on chat trying to resolve this, and I'm so aggravated by the process its impossible to leave a positive review.

Also very cute and stylish and blends in well with other jewelry.

I did purchase the warranty, so I am hoping this process is smooth and the issue can be resolved quickly. But I have noticed a big change in it last 5 days to only lasting 2 now, and it’s always in “chill mode”
