i love the ultrahuman ring. sadly i have only had it for a few months and am experiencing issues with my ring connecting to bluetooth. i have had to go days without data due to it not connecting:( besides this… i have enjoyed my experience. i love the layout of the app and i love the insights i get into my sleep and recovery.

However, my ring quit working today… I went thru all of the steps to “fix” it, & now I am in a “battery drain” that will take FOUR days. Frustrating!! I’ve only had the ring since March. I’ve had my Apple Watch for years with no issues!!! I hope the “drain” fixes the issue, but for someone who checks my data daily, I’m going to be lost without it.

It has taught me when I should be getting ready for sleep, when I should put electronics down, and when to reduce my caffeine in take. I’m sleeping a lot better now days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m happy with this ring, I am coming from being an Apple Watch wearer and I particularly like being able to feel a bit more disconnected from my phone and have a more ascetically pleasing wearable. I think sleep tracking is extremely good (much better than my Apple Watch that only tracks during my preset sleep window), the nap tracking is a huge bonus. Some tracking metrics (like step count) don’t always seem to be accurate, but they are consistent which is more important to me when tracking trends. It is unclear to me how ultra human integrates with apple health data, but I’ve noticed vastly different data written to certain data fields that are most certainly not accurate. Overall this ring is doing what I wanted it to do and providing decent insight into overall health trends.

She told me about how it showed her when to drink coffee and when to stop and did deep dives in your sleep stats. I looked up the website and found more cool features like cardio tracking and i'm totally stoked on the new blood panel testing they just released. The best part, no monthly subscriptions, unless you want and even so, they run low. I love my ring and tell everyone who will listen about it. Buy yourself an Ultrahuman ring, you won't regret it.

I have never had a fitness tracking device so being able to get insight into my sleep and step count among many other metrics has changed my lifestyle completely around. I’m more aware of how many steps I should be taking each day, seeing how my sleep affects my recovery, and paying attention to my caffeine window has allowed me to be more alert throughout the day. I love my Ultrahuman Ring & I recommend it to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2 months ago and was the best choice I made going with Ultrahuman, the insights into my sleep and how what I do during the day affects my sleep and my life into coming days has been outstanding. I will not go without it now. It’s extremely light and I don’t notice I’m wearing it, ever! I work with my hands and it’s important to me for it to be comfortable. The battery is exceptional, they say it’ll last 4-6 days at continuous use but I almost always get 6-7 days and it charges fully from 30% in about an hour. I recommend this to everyone in my life now. Hope this helps anyone on the fence if it’s worth it. IT IS!
