I had an Apple Watch previously but I really like that the ring focuses more on overall health insights as opposed to exercise. The sleep score and cycle tracking are my favorites and I enjoy seeing how my sleep ties to my overall health.

The ring has been outstanding. I use it to monitor my sleep, sleep debt, dynamic recovery, and various other features. The ring's durability has been excellent so far. I have the matte black version. I engage in normal daily activities like washing my hands and doing dishes, and there are zero scratches so far. The battery life has also been impressive. I appreciate that I do not have to pay a monthly subscription.

One thing I’ve noticed is the step count is very off from my Apple Watch. I wear both realistically so I’m ok with that since it’s more accurate in other areas. Overall I love my ring and has made a huge difference in my sleeping habits! Definitely recommend the purchase.

However, my ring has had multiple issues from connecting to my app all the way to holding it's charge. They kindly sent me a second ring when I reached out with my issues but now my second ring is having the same problems. I am getting frustrated because I love it but it is just not working the way it is supposed to.

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a few months and really appreciate the exercise, sleep, and period tracking features. They’re accurate, insightful, and help me stay consistent with my health goals. However, I wish the battery lasted longer between charges, and the ring does get scratched up fairly easily. Despite these drawbacks, I still think it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish way to track their fitness and overall well-being.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a couple a few months back. At first it was doing well, battery was on point and all my stats were tracked properly. Then around July, the battery started draining like crazy. In less than 6 hrs, my fully charged ring was already at 30%. Charging the ring also took longer even if I used the proprietary cable. I started doing the troubleshooting and indeed it also noticed that the battery is draining longer than expected. However, it is not able to troubleshoot properly as I could not wear it for a long time. I hope that there is still some way to fix this or replace the unit. I very much enjoy wearing a ring to track my health vs a watch. I can add the screenshot of the app with the info but I cannot upload images here. The features that the ring has are really interesting to see and the app does a good job explaining all the different stats. I really appreciate that all the features are free and you can add new ones based on what you want to see. My only complaint is that if you run the ring on turbo mode (to see your stress levels) the charge only lasts a little over 24 hours.

I work nights and the ring has allowed me to track and correct my sleep issues. The ring does so much that the sleep and the workout tracking are hands down better than my Apple Watch ever was. The comfort of wearing this ring vs a lm Apple Watch can’t be said enough. Battery life is amazing. The Charger is a neat design. I absolutely love my ring.
