How helpful will it actually be?". I had no idea that it would change my life! I love everything this ring has to offer, from the menstrual cycle tracking to the sleep analysis, the dynamic recovery to the movement stats. It has made me look at my life differently and prioritize my health in ways I didn't even know I needed to! I use my ring religiously and everyone I talk to about it is like "wow, I should get one of those!". Overall, so grateful my friend bought this for me and love the insights this ring gives me about my health.

The complete insight it provides into sleep details has been incredibly helpful and has allowed me to improve my sleep quality. The app interface is also very user-friendly, and all the data and details it provides are extremely helpful. While I am very satisfied with the core functionality, I have a few suggestions that I believe would make the experience even better. I would love to see a more proper step count feature, as well as the addition of GPS data to accurately record the location of my activities. An NFC function would also be a great addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2 months ago and had issues the first weeks as its sleep readings differed greatly from my fitbit- which I also wear to sleep. After several weeks tho, the difference between the 2 wearables are not that big so I guess it has calibrated tho there are still days that it seems off.

It helped me improve my sleep, change some bad habits , I am much more aware of how my sleep influences the whole next day. I love the app interface, the caffeine suggestion, the sleep improvement advices. It’s not that thick unlike other smart rings, and de design and variety of colors it help you feet with your style.

I’ve never owned a smart watch or anything that tracks my fitness/sleep, and this ring is exactly what I was looking for. I love that I don’t have to pay a monthly subscription to access my data/insights. It is also pretty comfortable and I love the caffeine window feature as well.
