[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love i'm able to track my sleep, stress and recovery. Its so light i barely felt its there. It kinda replaces my smartwatch. I said kinda because there is still some features that i hope it has but it doesnt. Example the find my phone features, and i do hope that it has a better ability of recognizing when i'm doing a workout.

Sleep features are good but the activity tracking and calorie burn estimates are not good. The calorie burn on your app barely covers my baseline metabolism and my activity burns almost twice that. Also, I thought the ring would be able to tell me when I’m possibly sick and it has missed that twice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a couple a few months back. At first it was doing well, battery was on point and all my stats were tracked properly. Then around July, the battery started draining like crazy. In less than 6 hrs, my fully charged ring was already at 30%. Charging the ring also took longer even if I used the proprietary cable. I started doing the troubleshooting and indeed it also noticed that the battery is draining longer than expected. However, it is not able to troubleshoot properly as I could not wear it for a long time. I hope that there is still some way to fix this or replace the unit. I very much enjoy wearing a ring to track my health vs a watch. I can add the screenshot of the app with the info but I cannot upload images here. To be honest it came defective and I had a hard time having it replaced.. it took almost two months to have it replaced. That being said it seems to work well. There is a lot of information tracked so it is difficult to know how accurate it really is. The sleep tracking and temperature tracking work well.

From some brands, I totally like this ultrahuman. Battery life is not the best but still enough to last for minimum 5 days. A bit expensive though but compared to the accuracy data it gives, it still worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple months I will say I enjoy the content. I appreciate the efforts to improve it. I think it has some weaknesses that should be fixed. Taking measurements every five minutes is not enough. The battery recharging isn’t practical - I always lose multiple days when I need to recharge. The gaps in heart rate are too frequent. Make it vibrate or something if it isn’t picking up. The inability to record during a round of golf or a tennis match stinks. Thinner would be better. The age thing is in conflict - one part of the software says I’m younger by two years and another says I’m older by a few years. The sleep data isn’t as granular as other sleep trackers. I wrote all this because I love the product. I am writing because I care.

It’s very interesting to see the difference in monitoring between the two. The amount of data that the ring gathers is amazing and I am excited to see new features coming in the future. As someone who is not use to wearing rings, it was an adjustment getting use to having it on my index finger. Like anything you get use to it after a while. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tons of insight. I’ve not had anything else that gives this much of a deep dive into vitals and it’s been a blast getting to learn through it all.

If I was being critical, I think that the walking step count can be inaccurate at times especially when driving in the car with bumps it will still record steps so by the end of a very long drive you can have over 10,000 steps recorded Other than that’s great
