[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman has been so helpful in helping me track my sleep. I have a seizure disorder that is impacted by sleep and stress. I like being able to see the sleep deficit and will try to build a nap into my day when I have one. It also holds me accountable when I skip workouts by telling me at the end of the week how much less active I was in comparison to the week before! It's been great and i recommend it to everyone interested in getting a ring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my ring at the beginning of the year as an add-on to my Apple watch. Am fairly happy with all the features and measurements. I do find that my Apple watch workouts aren't always syncing correctly with the UH app. So that’s a bit annoying. Also not happy with the Tesla integration feature. But all in all, readings and pretty good and keeps me on track.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought the product in July 2024 and have been wearing it almost 24/7, locally and also for overseas holidays. Everything is great from the sensors, comfort, and also current and new features released regularly. The only downside is that the battery which could last about 6 days when I first bought it now could only last at max 3 days. I've not change any power or battery management settings so i guess the battery drain could be from the new features etc. Overall still a great ring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and wear it everyday for more than a month, the data influence my habbit and help drive my activities, i.e. more move, pay more attention to my sleep habbit. Additional benefit is that I can wear this ring together with my watch collection.

Ring is a good fit and able to give feedback that I need. I am using the ring mainly to track my sleep and steps. It is more convenient than a watch which can be bulky. It is also more comfortable to wear this to sleep since it is small. Data seems to be very close to my Garmin watch, so I believe that the data is relatively correct.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im mostly happy about the fact that i don’t have a monthly fee for insights, the sleep score and the fertility tracking. I do think the battery life could be longer, but the new feature that helps control battery usage has helped. I also am not the biggest fan of the newest insight called ultra age. It’s not very clear on what it tracks and kinda contradicts the other cardio/heart age insight. I wish the ultra age would give you better understanding of the factors and how to improve it. It also doesn’t pick up on the times i work out and i just figured out how to add them after. But i wish it would intuitively pick it up and ask “did you work out?” like it does for the nap.

My sleep has improved. I know when to rest more and when to exercise more. It has also improved my caffeine intake, which has had an effect on my sleep. Great piece of hardware!

The only thing I’ve noticed is my battery doesn’t hold as well as it did when I first got it and it’s only been a few months. I don’t mind because I charge my Apple Watch every night so I am in the habit of plugging in all devices and it charges quick. But I have noticed a big change in it last 5 days to only lasting 2 now, and it’s always in “chill mode”
