I’m really enjoying it — the sleep tracking is quite accurate, and it’s become a regular part of my daily routine. Overall, I’m very happy with the device. The only downside is that the app sometimes lags when launching from idle, but it’s a minor issue compared to the overall functionality.

Love that the ring can track activity and naps without having to manually enter the appropriate mode (auto tracks). The only issue I have is that the battery life is gotten noticeably worse - about a month and a half into wearing it it stopped lasting me a few days and needs daily charge. Is this normal?

Ultrahuman sends me notifications Concerning my optimal time when I should go to bed and in the morning lets me know how I did. Also super is the information about the caffeine window and the fact that you can enter the drinks you consume. The ability to log workouts is also great. Battery life is optimal. The ring's software is update frequently so you can see new features coming and the Ultrahuman gets better every day. I heartily recommend it.
