Took a couple tries to get the right ring size. I like all of the things it shows, sleep, steps, stress, cycle tracking and heart rate. Some days I don’t feel the sleep is as accurate, but maybe I’m a worse sleeper than I thought! Overall I like it. The app is easy to use.

I also really like the sleep tracking. It helps me identify things that hinder my sleep. Overall the ring helps me understand my body better so that I can treat it better.

Stays charged for a few days at a time. I recommend charging when you take a shower/get ready for the day! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is scratched up and the gold coating is wearing off even though I use a silicone cover while working out.

When I tried to finds someone to call to repair. This was impossible for the average person. Its having trouble charging as well. Some days it lasts 1 day before it requires a recharge

I really appreciate the sleep and period tracking insights. It definitely makes me feel more in tune with my body, which was the whole reason I wanted this ring to begin with! I do wish that the ring came with the specific charging block voltage that they recommend using. It really is imperative for charging that you use a low-voltage charger, which are kind of hard to find so I wish that they would include them. I feel like that would solve a lot of people's problems with their ringing battery.

I prefer it over wearing a watch. I love the sleep insights and all the data it collects. However, my one con is that the battery life is terrible. It took a while for the ring to calibrate to a place where the battery lasted a few days on a full charge but now after 4 months post-purchase I had to get a replacement because the battery dies within hours after a full charge. For the price, I would hope the item would last way longer.
