I didn’t want to rely on machines or meds long-term, so I decided to try the Ultrahuman Ring AIR - and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The sleep tracking is super detailed. It helped me understand exactly how much deep vs light sleep I was getting, what my recovery looked like, and how different habits affected my rest. I could see patterns I hadn’t noticed before, like how late-night screen time or eating too close to bed made things worse. One thing I really love is that there’s no subscription - you get all the insights right away, without any monthly fees. The app is clean, the ring is super light (I wear it all day and night), and the battery lasts for several days at a time. I’ve made small changes to my routine based on what the ring showed me, and I’ve genuinely seen a difference. I wake up feeling clearer, and I can tell my body is recovering better. I know sleep can be a personal and frustrating journey, but this little ring gave me back some control. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this ring & what it has to offer. I love that you don’t have to pay extra. HOWEVER the battery is terrible. No matter what battery setting I put the ring on to try and help, it doesn’t hold charge. It’s advertised to last about 6 days, but my ring really only holds charge for about a day and a half. I loose a lot of data this way and it’s starting to become incredibly frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Ultrahuman Ring Air for over a year, prob closer to two years and it's been great!!! I mean really great!!! Things I love..... The data is super helpful and really easy to interpret and make use of, thanks to how its displayed in the app. Personally I really like the sleep, recovery and movement index scores. Until recently it had a really reasonable battery life and lasted well with short charges when taking a shower so I could wear the ring while I sleep. However recently...... the battery hasn't been fully charging despite being left on the charger for hours it only reaches a max of 80% charge, so I'm constantly getting low battery warnings which is really disappointing. Also I wish I had got this ring in a bigger size for my index finger and in gold (however when I bought it these rings were really hard to get in the uk and the retailer didn't have the gold only the dark grey colour and only in this size so I settled & I wish I hadn't) I like the ring so much that I have been contemplating getting another however the recent charging issues have me reluctant to invest when I want a product that will continue to perform well for the long term. I hope the issues I've experienced are a one off and not reflective of all products in this range as other than this I cannot recommend the Ultrahuman Ring Air enough for those who are serious about improving their health based on real time data and easily interpretable metrix.

It’s so comfortable to have on and UH also has a superior way of insight delivery on their app. The metrics are super traceable and intuitive to understand - I also love the tags feature which is unlike WHOOP’s journal feature that u I find quite annoying. It also looks amazing and RT goes with all my outfits

Moreover it is not possible to add an activity afterwards bc it just says no data, I can only add it if it auto tracks it. The sleep tracker is also off, it makes no sense the amount of deep sleep I get

A great onboarding experience, a sleek ring and a beautiful app with some great sleep and health insights that have positively impacted my lifestyle. Movement insights are decent though still need to be manually tracked. The battery life was good for the first six months but has dropped as of late and now requires more than one full charge per day - which is inevitable but a little earlier than I had expected.

It's been incredible to have instant access to so much useful data in such a simple and easy to understand way. I only need to glance and I have so much information throughout the day. I originally got this purely for the sleep tracking but I have quickly found every aspect of the ring useful - the insights I'm getting are so worth it. It's also such a plus not having to pay a monthly subscription for the app.
