I wanted the ring for sleep tracking and it is perfect for that. And tons of feature without a monthly fee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman ring for a month and a half now and it’s really helped me improve my sleep and track my menstrual cycle but one feature I think that is really missing is a tracking feature similar to what an AirTag has because I have misplaced my ring a few times And find my ring sensor on the app is not helpful at all unless you are less than a meter or two away from the ring. If you have misplaced your ring in your friends house for example or in a restaurant the find my ring feature will not help you at all. I’d love for them to improve this feature or add some sort of tag to it so we can see it on find my friends.

However, my ring has had multiple issues from connecting to my app all the way to holding it's charge. They kindly sent me a second ring when I reached out with my issues but now my second ring is having the same problems. I am getting frustrated because I love it but it is just not working the way it is supposed to.

The notifications are amazing and I've made so many changes over the last couple of months to positively impact my health and my sleep. Seeing the data in real-time is SO encouraging! Especially with sleep-being able to see how certain supplements or eating after dinner impact my sleep is so empowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Ultrahuman ring. Having insight into my sleep and recover has been eye opening. It has made me make changes in my sleep hygiene so that I get a better deep sleep and ultimately a better recovery. The reasons I didn’t give it a 5 are: the battery really only lasts 3-4 days, I am unable to wear it while I Olympic weight lift so I can’t track my workouts and it seems to be quite different on the step counter then my Apple Watch which I wear on the same hand. Besides that I think having it has made a very positive improvement in my overall health and I’m happy I bought it.

Wearing this ring has helped me greatly with my sleep schedule and overall wellness habits. One thing it is not super great for is its real-life heart rate check.

The features that the ring has are really interesting to see and the app does a good job explaining all the different stats. I really appreciate that all the features are free and you can add new ones based on what you want to see. My only complaint is that if you run the ring on turbo mode (to see your stress levels) the charge only lasts a little over 24 hours.

I love the app and I especially love the really informative sleep tracking that has really changed how me and my partners see our sleep and we have one of those shared groups on the app where we get to compare our stats throughout the day, which is also very challenging when it will say who is in first place or who’s in second place and I really like the workout mode, which has been really helpful and I’ve been a lot more active recently, which has been such a great positive change for me.
