[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lightweight sharpener that is great for at home use. I do not thing this would hold up to classroom use for very long, unless you had multiple ones spread around the room. It is fast, and puts a nice sharp point on the pencil.

I homeschool my six children. The five girls also love coloring, paper dolls especially. We go through a lot of pencils, both regular and colored. We’ve also tried dozens of pencil sharpeners. This is hands down the best one I’ve ever owned. It sharpens very quickly and gives a perfect point every time. It’s also lasted longer than any other I’ve tried. When this one reaches the end of its useful life, which doesn’t look to be any time soon, I will definitely be replacing it with another Westcott. It has absolutely been worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pencil sharpener has a strong motor that leaves a perfectly sharpened point that's not too thin that it breaks the first time you use it. It actually stops removing material when the point is sharp. Another nice feature is the pop top for when you are ready to empty the bin. Just pop the top, dump, and close it back up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Westcott iPoint electric pencil sharpener is a great addition to my classroom. The compact design does not take a lot of room on my desk. It creates a sharp point that is not brittle when using the pencil. It is also easy to empty the shavings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome pencil sharpener! I most definitely love that top emptying feature. This make cleanup effortless. It also sharpens really well. Mostly importantly, it is easy for my son to use. The only problem is that it is corded.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Westcott ipoint AURA electric pencil sharpener is a compact and quiet sharpening device that works well with standard #2 pencils and with colored pencils. I keep this is my craft area for sharpening and it takes up very little space.

I bought one and used it for a year and then didn't work, so I bought same one again. I use it 6 month and it doesn't work again.... No more
