Battery pack only works as a wireless charger. You are unable to charge a device using usb cord.

Different to get to work as described

The wireless charger overheated, causing a burn to my hand. It failed to adequately charge my phone too. It required 20 minutes for a mere 5% charge. I strongly advise against the use of this product. I find it hard to believe that Sam's is offering a product of such hazardous nature..

Battery and phone get hot during wireless charging. Was acctually uncomfrotably hot in my pocket. Will be returning

So far the only thing that works for my phone (Android, Cricket Dream G) is the wallet stand. The biggest issues I had with were... that no instructions were included, like how long to charge the so-called magnetic charger. Which did not attach to my phone , to begin with! So how am I to know when it is ready to charge the phone? Like for everybody else, opening the package was a pain. I ended up using a staple remover to perforate the compartments. Who ever designed the package was a sadistic twerp! All I really wanted was a new USB-c charge cord because my old one did not stay inn anymore and I had to constantly wiggle it to get it to connect, long enough to charge

This is a crappy product, stay away. Battery is weak, wallet no good. only thing good is the magnet...!

Charged it and when I went to use it, it was dead! Gets really hot and isn't worth it.
