Relatively smooth and tough to tell from some of the higher dollar Bourbons. I enjoy this on ice as well as with mix.

I am a big fan of Jack Daniels. I find that Evan Williams is a very good bourbon. I may prefer it.

Flavor is light and tame. Well balanced with a smooth finish. Lacks depth to be a sipping grade whiskey but works great as a mixer. At this price point it's good value.
