When I took the refrigerator out of the box I immediately noticed that the vertical and horizontal metal frame sides were not joined properly. There was a huge gap. Inside the refrigerator the adhesive that keeps the inside plastic frame to the glass was all over the place on the glass. It looks pathetic. Finally, I immediately noticed that the front door was not level. The hinge had been placed on the side incorrectly. I looked over the box to check for any obvious sign of the box being dropped. The box was in perfect condition and the interior foam had not been compromised. There is a clear variance in temperature between the top level and bottom level. On the top level the drinks freeze. Also, the seal is not very good, and so humidity gets into the refrigerator and causes ice to form on behind the top shelf (this happens when set at 45 degrees). I can only assume that this is how it left the factory. Terrible quality control.

It looks nice but.. I ordered it to be delivered. When it arrived i was excited but really disappointed upon unboxing it to find every corner was destroyed by Fedex. So I took it back to my store only to find they're on back order. When i did get the replacement my disappointment grew even more. The shelves are a mess to get cans stacked to the optimum. Then I find out it only cools to 40 degrees. That's not proper beer temperatures and I bought this for a beer refrigerator. Now what? I'm stuck with beer that's kind of cold but not "beer cold". The shipping damage isn't the products fault I just mention it so you'll know it probably is going to arrive with some sort of issue. But the refrigerator really isn't all that, spend a few dollars more and get something else. If you're from England or someplace similar that likes tepid beer it'll be perfect for you. It's not something I'd recommend, for beer at least.. If someone knows a way to make this run cooler please let me know. There has to be a way... ?

We put this in our outside bar area near the pool and it is absolutely perfect. It gets to 40° and ours is exposed to 4-5 hours of sun but it does the job. I’m very pleased with it and I would highly recommend. If you want something colder then it probably makes sense to have a cooler with ice but it’s a lot of work and this does the job perfectly I think. My wife and I are not disappointing at all.

Horrible delivery issues again and again I bought one, carried it home myself. Then I joined Sam's plus (after 30 years of membership) and had one delivered to my daughter in Florida. They delivered a dented one. They picked it up after 10 days. And now, she still has NO fridge.It is her birthday present-10/24, Today is 11/13. I paid for it.

Front to back and top to bottom temperature variation is more than the "some" described in the manual. Back corner to top front is in the neighborhood of 14 degrees F. Also, having had it for just a couple months, every so often, the temperature display goes blank and the fridge starts beeping. Unplug it and let it sit for a few minutes and it takes off again. No chance I would buy another.
