We have gone through two of these things in a year. They don't keep things cold and they stop working after a while and the temp goes up to 50 degrees.

Won't cool down to 32 degrees. Stuck at 40. It has been over 24 hours. There must be something the manufacture should be able to do for us. Is there a fix to this temperature claim? Refund?

First it doesn't get the drinks "cold" it cools at best. And now it keeps freezing up in the back and bottom. Anything touching the back panel freezes while still just keeping things cool. I don't get it.

Bought this to replace an old college mini fridge. Holds much more than the old one. Keeps my favorite adult beverages at a perfect temperature. Quiet and looks great.

I purchased this item specifically for ice cold beverages, but the stated 32 degrees is not possible. The manual states the temp range is from 40 to 61degrees. The shelf configuration is also suboptimal.

I ignored all of the reviews because I really liked the look of this refrigerator, and now I am paying the Price. If you are planning on using it as a beer fridge in the garage, and you are planning on being like me and ignoring the reviews, I suggest you start practicing your bitter beer face for when you take a sip of that nice warmish cool beer. The motor is noisy and sams club really REALLY needs to stop false advertising that this thing cools to 32 degrees. the lowest setting is 40 degrees and I would bet my left leg that after 36 hours it still hasnt hit the 40 degree mark. Looks great but NOT for beverages.

My temp do no go lower than 40 stuff not cold And by the way mines keep making a whining noise. I paid some to bring to me no have to pay him to take it back for me Omg I really going to looking at the reviews before I buy anything else I would have it. No star but makes give at least a 1 star.

Ordered this fridge. Fed ex delivered it. It was banged up and dented on the door. So we did a return/re order. 2nd fridge was delivered banged up/dented door again. So we returned and got a refund. Figured 3rd time will be the same since Fed Ex was delivering again. Feel like it was not a product defect but bad handling by Fed Ex. Had great customer service with Sam's Club both times. And they gave me a $20 gift card for our trouble.

Bought this for our family room where we hang out the most. Gets drinks very cold, very quickly. And keeps them ice cold! It’s aesthetically nice looking - better than other small drink fridges we purchased. I’m not sure why there’s even any bad reviews here. We’ve had it for a year now and it works great - never had an issue with it. We use it every single day.

Bought one, brought it home and unpacked it...the screw holes for the handle didnt align and the door was dented. Had to package it back up and haul it back to the store...not a lot of fun. VERY IMPORTANT - the dimensions listed online are incorrect. It says the height is just under 30", but that is just the door height. Including the feet and hinge you're just under 31.5" tall. Had a custom built wood frame for the cooler and now the cooler won't fit. Not very happy. It's affordable but you might have to put up with some non-sense to make it work for you.
