First it doesn't get the drinks "cold" it cools at best. And now it keeps freezing up in the back and bottom. Anything touching the back panel freezes while still just keeping things cool. I don't get it.

I purchased this item specifically for ice cold beverages, but the stated 32 degrees is not possible. The manual states the temp range is from 40 to 61degrees. The shelf configuration is also suboptimal.

Refrigerator is nice looking and seems like it's well built. However the compressor and refrigerant noise is obnoxious. Ours is in the basement where it's not as noticeable because we don't spend much time there. I wouldn't want this in a room where I spent much of my time like a dorm room, kitchen etc.

We remodeled our kitchen and bought the fridge a year and 4 months ago. We have done everything we could think of, what was suggested and what online recommended to get rid of the smell. It is too late to return so stuck with it. The smell sticks to everything we put in the fridge

seems good but we could not fit all shelves and regular cans as pictured on the box... We are only using for drinks so the only configuration we could do that worked was with 3 shelves. Don't understand why they didn't add the molded shelf slots but skipped some areas. works good otherwise

The fridge is beautiful but one thing I notice mostly at night is that it’s very loud. It sounds almost like wind sounds coming from the fridge. Not sure if this is normal but it’s very annoying. Can’t hear during the day probably because of the noise everyone’s making in the house. Hope this doesn’t mean it’s going to break anytime soon. So far it’s been working as it should. Keeping our drinks cold.

I ignored all of the reviews because I really liked the look of this refrigerator, and now I am paying the Price. If you are planning on using it as a beer fridge in the garage, and you are planning on being like me and ignoring the reviews, I suggest you start practicing your bitter beer face for when you take a sip of that nice warmish cool beer. The motor is noisy and sams club really REALLY needs to stop false advertising that this thing cools to 32 degrees. the lowest setting is 40 degrees and I would bet my left leg that after 36 hours it still hasnt hit the 40 degree mark. Looks great but NOT for beverages.

I plugged my fridge in yesterday and filled it up. I have it set @ 37° and so far it seems to be staying at it's set temperature. It advertises 127 cans but there is NO WAY it will hold that many cans. The top shelf should have been designed to have an additional shelf setting being that you cannot stand cans up on the top shelf (by just a hair!) My only "complaint" is how loud the motor is... I don't understand why it runs so loudly... it's in my nook area and I hear it running consistently yet I never hear my full-sized kitchen fridge!

We have 2... one, after 3 months, needs constant defrosting. The other - after 8 months. (meaning - every other week) We like the ones that will go down below 40, this only sets to 40. Why? Well - when opening/closing - it doesnt hold the 40.. and takes too long to get back to 40.

I am totally disappointed and pretty upset about this product and customer service. I purchased this and it’s been 18 months. No longer cools and customer service was rude and non concerned. I spend thousands of dollars with Sams club and would think they would make good on their faulty product but noooo, after a second call they did gives me a 10 dollar credit. This product isn’t worth a penny.
