I’ve always bought BFGs. Always. I’ve never been let down by them. I explore and live in places where that means something. That piece of mind that is provided is paramount. Don’t mess around with comparisons and go with the standard barer. I’ve been in vehicles with so-called “competitor” brand tires. Those tires let me down. The evidence is clear to me. Drive BFGs and arrive home safely. Just remember to do routine maintenance and repairs to your vehicle and rotate your tires. Also, air down when necessary; I’ve never needed to, but, it does improve the ride and life of the tires (assuming you air up afterwards). Had a set on 06 Z71 with 30k when I sold the truck, were only 1/2 worn. On my second set F-150 FX4 and 3 of these have 52k on them. I slammed one into a 12" drain curb to avoid an accident. Got a bubble in the side wall the size of an orange, Drove 40 miles without a failure.The replacement now has 23k on it and will be my spare. Both set are based on 275/65 r20. Averaged 65% On-road / 35% Off-road use. Bought to get another set.

Well, I've done some 30k on my 1st set of KO2 and compared to previous Duratracs they have some great advantages. On my Nissan Pathfinder I drive 95% on paved roads, the rest as weekend off-road warrior. KO2s have really exceptionally good sidewalls, resistant to puncture, wear and tear, you can beat them on sharp edges, accidentally drive on sidewalk, no damage on them. I've punctured Duratracs many times, had problems to balance them out, while with TA KO2s I've never touched them since I've put them on. They are silent on road, really, and they grab excellent on dry pavement and gravel roads. BUT they have disadvantages, like we all do. On first rain you need to double or even better, triple your safety distance, as they simply will not stop the vehicle when you want it to. Cornering on wet also barrely can be called cornering, as it is more straight line, same on first few inches of snow (on pavement). Try being a hero and attack a slippery grass, covered with an inch of snow, and you'll end up looking for rescue vehicle. They are like slicks there. Duratracs under same conditions dig into surface and pull you out, leaving battle scars on the snowy fields, but they do move the vehicle, whil KO2's are not so good at this. Will probably buy again,mostly due to SECURITY they offer due to really strong 10-ply sidewals.

Installed these a month ago after I got a flat in the middle of a national park with the stock tires on my AT4. I am much more confident with these and they look better. Last week I forgot to put it in 4WD and made it up a very steep gravel hill from a stop with no slipping. These tires are exactly what you need if you do any off-road driving. Still quiet on the road and won't be stopped in the snow.

I USED to love these tires for the exact reasons they promised! BUT i have recently bought 2 full sets (4) of these tires for my 05 dodge 2500 within the last 39,289 miles. I do not do a ton of heavy pulling or any wild and out of the ordinary just highway, gravel, and occasional towing and these tires are not worth the money at all! I will not be purchasing these tires again.

I bought a set of 5 tires for my Hummer H2 overland rig thru Tire Kingdom. The tire buying experience was awful...but once everything was done I forgot about it when hitting the trail. We started the beginning of the Trans-American Trail and gravel all the way. With these tire I had loads of confidence driving up and down the mountains in NC and TN. Getting these was the best upgrade for the truck. Now the rest of the guys that were with me want a set!!!!

I put these tires on my truck with 118,500 miles on it and now I have 124,500 miles. These tires are already over half worn out. I do not drive this truck every day. The truck is used for farm use and only used approximately 5-8 times a month. I normally only drive it on the weekends around the farm or pulling trailers. When buying this brand of tires I expected it to hold up and last a lot longer than it did. That is why I spent the extra money on this specific tire. I would not recommend this tire to anyone.

I have 2014 Ecodiesel Ram 1500 this tires really make the truck standout. I am part of the Cave Rescue. So we go off-road a lot. Almost Everyone has this tires. That should tell you a lot right there. I give this tires 5 stars. only down side to this tires are the Prices but if you want the best I guess you have to pay for the best.

I have always ran these on small 4x4 trucks, my newer Xterra Pro-4x, and my old Nissan Hardbody for nearly 14 years. always rotate them, I have cupping on mine now, but they have some miles on them, and I only do oil changes and rotations once a year.

Bought KO2’s in 2015 and have put 40000 miles on them. They have been across the country a few times now both on highway and gravel roads. I have taken them OFF ROAD on super rocky trails. Beat them up and still have enough tread to get me through the next year. no wear problems at all. Plus they look aggressive.
