These pans are fantastic. Heats up quickly, heats evenly and cleans up easily.

Starts off great. However, degrades very quickly - within 6 to 12 months. Flaking, and "spalling" of the non stick surface after regular dishwasher cycles. Seems that the dishwasher is attacking the metal under the non stick surface and causing the non stick surface to flake off despite being dishwasher safe. Overall not great for long term use. Very disappointed.

The non stick is great, just wish there was an 8 qt. Stock pot

Had to return one pan after one week
