I have been a loyal customer of Ninja products for years, and they've always been reliable—until I purchased this item in December 2023. A few months ago, I began to notice that all the frying pans (8, 10, 12, 5 qt) were flaking. Then, the pans began peeling around the edges. I followed all the care instructions carefully from day one, so this is extremely concerning. Not only is this unacceptable, but it's also dangerous. If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I’ve since had to replace the pans with a different brand. I would like a refund of the money I spent on this set.

Very disappointed with these pans. Have only owned for approximately 6 months. Sauce pans started to bubble and now peel. Have always taken good care of them, never heated remotely close to 500 degrees. Save your $300. Husband researched pans for weeks prior to purchase and these got excellent reviews but clearly we got some bad ones. We will be contacting manufacturer tomorrow.

I love, love this cookware set. I like that you can use metal utensils without scratching the nonstick surface. I also love how nonstick these are! This is a great deal, much better than any other retailers. No regrets with this purchase and so glad it came back in stock! Shipping was also quick!

By far the worst pots I've owned. I'm a daily cooker %26 after just a couple months of use they started to peel. Went %26 returned. My mistake was thinking they were faulty and repurchased the same ones. A few months after the same thing. Never again!

Like the Pots/Pans, but Would like it more if It had an additional pot (3 to 3 1/2 quarts)

My wife loves these, she bought a piece from the collection and was very impressed, so I bought her a set for her birthday

We have the blue set. We bought it 4 months ago and half of the blue paint is chipped off. I have to check to make sure no paint is inside before I use it each time. Buying another new set of pots is a top priority for me.

I have owned and used these pans for a year now. I have not been super careful with them and have used metal utensils. These are absolutely the BEST pans I have ever owned. There is still not a scrape on them and definitely no warping.

Received as a gift and the coating started peeling after a few hand washes. The lining not only peels it will bubble up while cooking. Feeling very hurt.
