Not sure what the bad reviews are for. This melts just fine. I use it for pizza and eggs all the time.

We just purchased this for the first time so can't compare it to whatever it was previously but it's our new favorite. So versatile, we use it for mexican dishes, potatoes, and LOVE it for making homemde pizza - not only for the flavor but it melts great.

I was thrilled to find this cheese because when I need this type of cheese for tacos it was only sold in 1# or less bags. It also makes great Mac and cheese. I has mozzarella as the first ingredient but I think the ratio may be a little stronger on the mild cheddar side. This is not really meant for use on pizza unless you like the yellow cheddar on your pizza. Great for Mexican entrees.

Love this cheese! Works great in casseroles and the best for cheesy potatoes. Can’t get it at our club in Grand Island anymore, grrr. Tried a different kind and they don’t turn out as good. Bring them and the hash browns back please!

This cheese is such low quality it's not even funny. It is waxy when it melts, has no flavor and molds faster than any other cheese in our case. Do not waste your money on this low quality cheese.

This new cheese blend is awful. It doesn't melt well or taste good. Plus it has more carbs per serving...not great for the waistline either! PLEASE go back to the old cheese!

Sam's used to have good pizza cheese, but they have changed suppliers and this one isn't cutting the mustard. This cheese doesn't melt like the previous cheese because this blend is heavy on the cheddar. The pizza isn't white, but mainly orange now! You'd be better off to get a block of mozzarella and shred your own. It's too bad because this was one product that we purchased monthly. Not anymore.

This cheese is horrible! Doesn't melt. Very bad for pizza. Bring back the old supplier of this type of cheese. Sam's use to have the best quality cheese. If you buy this, it will be a waste of money!
