Loved the Saldo Zin since I first tried it 15 years ago. This is a bold Zin that has dark fruit notes and an oak finish. Great price at Sam's!

Smooth, full bodied red wine that is very versatile. Pairs well with prime rib as well as smoked turkey and even dark chocolate. Served at a dinner partly and it was a hit. Great value!

One of my favorite wines

It is always a treat to get a glass of Saldo. I first tried it at a wine tasting event. I loved it. Whenever I see it at the store I get a bottle. It makes a great gift too. If you don’t know what bottle to buy for someone else- this will not disappoint.

This wine pairs with everything! It is great on its own, but can also stand up to a steak dinner with filling sides. This wine is very smooth and always such a crowd pleased. People are shocked to hear that this is a Zinandel. I always have a few extra bottles of this at home. The simple typed label makes it easily recognizable to purchase in the store. It is a simple looking wine bottle, but definitely not simple tasting.

One of the best wines that I have tasted in sight garnet color, ideal to drink in pleasant company or enjoy a moment alone, smooth and easy to pass, with a fruity flavor, nuts, vanilla ... with a good balance of freshness, would definitely drink it a try again!!

This is one of my husband’s and my absolute favorite Zins. It has a smooth finish and a robust but not overpowering flavor. The price is good for the quality and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good red wine to pair with their meal.

The nose is full of black fruit and red fruit... blackberry crumble with baking spices, some smoke, brown sugar and pepper. On the palate vanilla and black fruit dominate on this medium + bodied wine with medium acidity and high alcohol! This wine is pretty heady. Licorice finish. This wine has quite a hype so expected more. My palate wants less oak and more acid...
