They contain a reasonable amount of liquid, and the leg gathers keep it inside well. They leak a little bit when on a side position, but much less than the XLs tend to. The printed design is simple and interesting, not too childish or too plain and medical. Overall, an excellent product that performs well and will help many parents with children suffering from bedwetting.

He’s 6’1, 168 lbs, and a soccer player, so after a recent growth spurt, the XLs weren’t cutting it anymore—the rise was too low, and he found them a little uncomfortable. He’s a heavy wetter, but the XXL held up with no significant leaks. He says the new fit is way better, and he loves the higher rise and new color. He’s always been a fan of Goodnites and was worried he’d have to switch to something else as he grew, so he’s really excited we can stick with them now. Only one fairly plain pattern, but thats a small gripe for such a welcome change for the better. Capacity is about what you would expect, not as good as tape-on briefs but not as bad as undersized pull-ups would be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part they worked great but when my son has an accident while sleeping on his back the goodnites leaked alot so if the goodnites had the same amount of padding in the back like they do in the front then it would be a great product for back sleepers also the seat of the goodnites needs to be wider for more coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this whole package, the XXL goodnites are a massive improvement for anyone who doesn't quite fit the XL size. The user has a 33" waist and these were tall enough to fit his hips snug and secure, staying in place overnight far better than any pullup currently on the market. The goodnites fun underwear patterns make these a much more appealing option than the plain white adult sized offerings from other brands. The absorbency, elastic waistband, and leg gathers on these also seems much better than any previous version. He didn't have any leaks wearing these compared to leaking about 50% of the time in other options or sizes. These would be my top recommendation for anyone looking for an alternative to tabbed briefs or plain white diapers. These are truly an absolute game changer for young adult bedwetting protection and I can't wait for these to hit the market as I'll absolutely be buying more as soon as I can.

I had all but given up and decided it must be my fate to wash bedding daily and hear the rattle of a plastic mattress cover through the night. Then these actually worked, no leaks. I'm not sure if they would hold up until morning if my child did not wake after accidents fairly quickly due to being uncomfortable with a wet diaper, but it served it's purpose with us. I even removed the mattress cover which makes him sleep so much better!

When I was a child I wore these all the time growing up. Eventually I grew out of the sizes for them before the XXL was created and I had to switch to medical pull-ups and medical diapers. Although they were not horrible, even the best quality of ones felt baggy and were miserable to adjust to. My point with this is that I think one of the largest reasons Kimberly Clark has been hesitant to make larger sizes is because they are worried how it would affect their other brands like Depends. As someone who has wore these as a child, and wears another brand as an adult- I can say with high confidence this will not affect Depends as a brand as their correlation would be a misconception. As a kid I still chose to wear Goodnites even when I was starting to grow out of them because even then they were still more comfortable over the alternative. I think manufacturers have the conception that an adult wouldn't want to wear a brief that is similar to child's training pants. The truth is as adults we already do what we can to prevent others from knowing about our disabilities but the thing that truly matters most to us is comfort. Goodnites were truly one of the brands I was most comfortable with wearing. When I wore them as a kid the sides not only stretched so they would always have a sure fit but they would also hug in a way that I knew my brief wouldn't fall down my waist and leak. I believe many others in my unfortunate shoes feel the same way. Please make a large size for adults, or make a similar like Pull-Up within the depends line. None of us care about the way that it looks, just the way that it protects and feels. Please release adult sizes. They went so far for me as a child with my confidence and they would go even farther for me now that I am an adult. Thank you.

The character are very pretty and the baby loves it. It fits him so perfect its very stretchable and just very comfortable. I will have this product at my house for my little one always. I am the wife of a mildly autistic husband and mom of our 2yr old daughter. It's hard to understand that for most people the details aren't as important as they are for someone who is very sensitive to rough/non-conforming clothing. My daughter tried these when everything else wouldn't hold enough, and we often used diapers that we're small for adults and children that we're large. Although a diaper is a diaper, some companies just don't make those in-between sizes and designs that "just-fit". These diapers do what you need and I can honestly say that, my husband weighed 135lbs. And finding anything for him was either too small, or too big. And he was embarrassed to find anything that he thought he'd be made fun of for due to it not fitting, (even though no one seen them unless it was a doctor he is sensitive), and I convinced him to try these since they are made to fit young/and or small adults, teens, kids, etc. Aka, Anyone that fits. And when he tried these, there was a turning point when he was out and was embarrassed because he was so scared these was going to leak, so he actually said " I have to go home!! I think I might have a problem!!) Because he has incontinence with bowel (IBS+Constipation)&(stress/urge urinary incontinence), so I was concerned but on our hurry back home I said if you already started and can't hardly hold it "just go!?!?" So he did and it never leaked at all unlike anything he'd previously experienced! And now that's the second time along with some other reviews I've seen that they were outstanding! So now he uses them everyday and they fit amazing and work great, he also has been as much as 158lbs. And they still fit and we're barely even snug, so the size range is awesome, and the fit? Well I've never heard much about them being "annoying". In fact I've heard " these are comfortable" literally. So anyone out there looking for an answer in size/and or absorbensy, the answer is simply yes. Because there just isn't a no as long as they fit. Age, size, shape doesn't matter, as long as they are within the range they will work. Thanks good night's/kimberly Clark!
