iPad

Coming from an OG iPad Pro that was showing its age, this was a good upgrade, no complaints so far.

Excellent Tablet

Unfortunately I never received the IPad. Took over 3 weeks to get a response from Sam club.

Poor customer service

The iPad Air is such a big improvement over a base iPad. The laminated screen makes it feel so much nicer than having that hollow feeling of the cheap iPad. 

Thankfully, you don’t even notice that this is pink, as that was the only color that was on sale. It was a great deal for having 256 GB of storage even though it is the older M1 processor. I am very happy with it.

Only issue I had was with the Apple warranty. It said it had expired back in 2024 because it showed the original purchase date of this iPad is 2023. But I was able to call Apple support and upload a photo of the receipt and the item serial number and they reinstated the warranty for 12 months from the original purchase date which was in mid November.
