Apple iPad Air 10.9" Wi-Fi with M1 Chip, 256 GB - 5th Generation 2022 Model

The products arrived one day late than expected. However it’s come with the original unopened box, which is great. The devise running smoothly.

Great price for a brand new iPad Air 5th gen.

Size makes it not as easy to handle. Lacking in visibility, color, and sound. Definitely prefer Air 2 circa 2014

Unfortunately I never received the IPad. Took over 3 weeks to get a response from Sam club.

Poor customer service

The iPad Air is such a big improvement over a base iPad. The laminated screen makes it feel so much nicer than having that hollow feeling of the cheap iPad. 

Thankfully, you don’t even notice that this is pink, as that was the only color that was on sale. It was a great deal for having 256 GB of storage even though it is the older M1 processor. I am very happy with it.

Only issue I had was with the Apple warranty. It said it had expired back in 2024 because it showed the original purchase date of this iPad is 2023. But I was able to call Apple support and upload a photo of the receipt and the item serial number and they reinstated the warranty for 12 months from the original purchase date which was in mid November.
