This was one piece I was missing in my collection of Le Creuset. I would have preferred red which was sold out but for this price I’m ok with black which is very attractive. Just the right size for large pot roast or roast chicken.

I bought this about a month ago. I am so very happy with it. The size is helpful as for a large family.I made an excellent swiss Steak in it. I did all the prebrowning on the stovetop and the final cooking in the oven. This is such excellent quality and not too heavy. Beautiful!
