Bought a new red Ps5 controller. I got an used controller delivered. The controller was stratched and dirty. Returned it via Fedex still waiting on replacement

The Controller is brand new, I just loved the shape and I loved how great it feels, excellent for chilling while gaming and is a new gen controller, take advantage of the deals while you can

first personal shopper was rude..second was nice but couldnt find my order he had to go get another one which wasnt the color i wanted..most horrible experience i have ever had

I purchased this for my grandson. Apparently he’s enjoying it. He hasn’t had any issues with it. As far as I’m concerned as long as he likes it I love it.

I like the nice red color it really breaks the norm of the usual black and white and it’s that much easier to know where mine is or if anyone is using mine by accident.

I was so happy to find these on Black Friday sale. I have found controllers to usually be so expensive so, for years I bought off brand controllers only to have them stop working within days or weeks. The Sony brand is much more dependable!

They are the Sony PS5 controllers. If you like the color and you need a second or replacement for the one that comes with the PS5, these are perfectly fine.

i haavent even had this controlleer 2 months and it's already crapped out. on me this is absurd and the fact that i cant return it to exchange it for a different one is evven more absurd then the former

This controller is what defines next gen. Graphics , fps etc those are all thing we expected with the technology that keeps moving. But redefining the way we play with a console by improving the controller is revolutionary.

This controller was a waste of money. Within a month there wete issues with the controls of the game and the drift control. I have to keep replacing ir.
