I hate the process to get a hold of someone to help with the warranty i bought for my husband's controller for his ps5. Its so hard to just get a hold of someone and process a claim. I bought a2 year warranty i can't even use and the remote is just sitting there since we can't use it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my second purchase of the DualSense Wireless Controller. I literally wore the other one out! Totally got my money's worth out of it. Warranted another purchase. No lagging, works exactly like I expect it to.

Within a few months every ps5 controller seems to develop drift. Fro yhe price of these, its ridiculous. we have made sure to keep them put away, not drop them, qnd basically baby them and no matter what they end up with drift. We now have 6 useless controllers with only 1 that has lasted. Never had so man issues with drift as with these controllers.

It did not last no more than a couple months. The controller I have that originally came with my PS5 still works till this day, when I purchased this controller months after I purchased my console. Very disappointed in the product. Is there anything we can do to make things right? I would love to keep shopping with you guys. Thanks

The Vibration works well in game play, it responds quickly in action scenes . The controller buttons work good as well very smooth functionality overall I highly recommend this product 10/10 overall.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great controller that feels good in the hands for any length of play time. The trackpad is a good, but somewhat underutilized feature. I find the battery typically lasts for about 9 or 10 hours which by the end of that time when the controller needs to be charged, it's probably call it a day (or switch to another controller).

This controller’s battery lasts a few hours of playing, is durable, feels great in the hand and the bluetooth pairs well with recent devices. I haven’t had any issues with this thus far.

I've bought two of these controllers now (one for my husband for Father's Day & One for our son for Christmas this year) my husband prefers the brand name PS Controllers as he find the overall quality of them to be worth the cost of one vs buying a cheaper no name one...He last one was stolen so this was a replacement and it is holding up well so far (As I have dropped quite a few times)

Kinda freaked out alittle bit that Walmart tracked an in store purchase and sent it to my email that I dont remember signing up for but on a side note didn’t realize that this particular one was a returned item so was sceptical on quality but turned out to be good
