I purchased this table after looking at it several times. Finally I decided to purchase . Product was received in a timely manner and easy to assemble. However the unit would not work. I decided to call customer service to troubleshoot. I received 1st replacement part, no luck. Them received 2nd replacement part and finally after 2 weeks of not being able to use this product I was good to go. Thx to customer service team and no out of pocket expenses for parts.

Bought this desk about a month ago and love it. Well made, no damage from delivery. Based on reviews, it may have problems later but so far, so good. It is a beautiful desk (I got the white) and the glass top is convenient to write on. It was easy to put together but may need two people to safely put the top on.

Don't buy, save your money and frustration. The motor faulted 1.5 months in. I contacted the manufacturer, and they quickly shipped me a new motor. BUT the 2nd motor was worse. My desk would move on its own and hardly ever move to the height I needed set on. When I had it high and wanted to sit back down, it would go up & down on its own 5 times before I can finally get it to where it needed to be. I don't know how this desk has 4 stars rating. I do like the USB connection and the aesthetic look, but it's not worth $300!

I bought this and then assembled it, plug it for power, it moving up and down by itself (without touch anything), ridiculous….

Within months it started randomly going up or down on it's own, eventually memory feature stopped working, and now it's so bad that I have unplug it after getting it to stand or sit height. It's a decent desk other than that!
