Member's Mark Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 5 lbs.

The bag was half full and only weighed 2.5 lbs.  I will keep these this time but will never order these again.  I feel cheater

This chicken is very expensive compared to other chicken breast sold at Sam's club. Individual packaging is rarely properly sealed.

Please keep this chicken. There are not enough non GMO options out there especially when it comes to meat.

I have purchased this chicken several times now but will not be purchasing anymore. The chicken used to be good and not freakishly large. I first took notice of how difficult a completely cooked piece of chicken was to cut through like a version of raw pork. I didn't think much of it until I ate a piece and it had the texture of eating raw chicken with a very tough and slimy mouth feel, like a cross between eating raw chicken mixed evenly with chicken fat(absolutely disgusting). Fast forward through several more purchases and I am experiencing this now almost every time I buy a bag. It's random pieces and never the whole bag and I can sometimes tell before it's ever completely thawed because of the color difference compared to the other pieces I have taken out to thaw. Some other obvious things to these freak chicken pieces are: the grain in the muscle is spread apart and not tight, between the wider muscle grain the chicken is wet and slimy giving it the raw texture, and the chicken won't brown. I guess it's back to buying organic Perdue until they start to raise the chickens so fast that their chicken becomes this way...so disappointing that I now can no longer buy chicken from Sam's Club.

These are the only chicken breasts we buy. They are tender and the pieces are large so we only need one per person. Not like some other chicken breasts where a lot of times you'll  need to cook more than one. Great product.
