The effectiveness on these def give that boost of energy when you need a pick me up & the taste is very good n can even make mock tail type of drinks as well 🤭

This is a pretty good energy drink, but it's a little sweet for my tastes. In terms of energy, it gives you a good kick without causing any jitters, so I'd say it's very effective.
