I like to have Red Bull in the morning rather than coffee. It gives me more energy. I also love the way it tastes. I'll buy the smaller cans if I need a little pick me up in the afternoon and I have no trouble sleeping at night.

It's not my favorite flavor and as far as the energy you get from it, for me it's equivalent to a Mountain Dew. Though they make good alcohol mixers 😜
