I drink it when I fell tired and it make me feel up engery. That is a little bit sweet but you can try the 0% suger. Good to try for the smooth and the up engery

Great taste — perfect size ! Redbull could be cheaper but overall , it's a very reputable and recognizable brand — caffeine amount isn't too much! Which is nice for someone like me who can't drink / consume a lot of caffeine at once !

It has a delicious flavor that is not too sweet or too tart. The caffeine and taurine give me a nice energy boost without making me feel jittery or crash later.
