Taste is ok and it definitely gives you a boost of energy but they are not something I would recommend to be honest as they are not healthy and there for a energy boost but good foods can give you that naturally.

Is a carbonated fruity energy drink. Very fizzy, very sweet very tastey. It gives you wings and the extra energy boost you need to get through a long day

My must have every morning. This helped me stop drinking pop. It give you a good energy boost and have you on your feet in a couple minutes. Taste great and is not overly sweet like other energy drinks.
