Red Bull is always my go to. Especially while working crazy shifts in the hospital. It has a very smooth taste . No nasty or gritty after taste & gives you the energy you need without the jitters .

If you need more energy, you can drink it once, but on a regular basis I don't recommend it because it's bad for your health. The flavor is sweet. The price is not expensive. It is available in different pack sizes.
