Unfortunately due to cost and heart palpitations I no longer consume them on a daily basis, however I do prefer it to a cup of coffee for energy here and there. The taste isn't for everyone, and it's a 50/50 on whether it's going to help or just give you jitters.

I usually drink one when I know I'm going to be out at a concert or event late and still need to drive home. As a daily caffeine source I can't use it because I do get jittery and feel my heart beating faster, but I do use this as my go to energy drink when I really need it. The taste is acquired but not in a bad way, it's just new if you never had an energy drink before. Honestly it might be smoother than its competitors.

Ingredients are pretty typical for a standard energy drink, no crazy additives or whatever other drinks are trying to sell to you to sound amazing. This does the job, if I ever require more boost than this, it's definitely a lifestyle or health problem that I need to change or do something about. The size and serving is fine, I only needed half the can and I was good to go.
